Voldar- Lycheus's Revenge- OOC-2

I decided to start a new OOC Thread as this will be a new chapter in Voldar's history.  The old one will be closed.

As you can see already I am making some changes.  I am placing places in the order of their importance in Voldar, then I will work on the certain places of Nyermersis where the Nyer players can play, plan, plot and do whatever.  Then there will be certain areas where skirmishes occur between the two city-states.

I also plan on putting up joining lists for Voldar and Nyermersis. Inside these lists will be major parts or characters.  Those players who wish to play such a part must do these things in order: 1. First ask I or Kalina in the OOC. 2. Then I or Kalina will ask for an audition to test your RP skills, only if one or more people audition for the same postition. 3. Then we will determine the best player in our opinion and send him/her emails to help him/her to understand his/her role and how to enrich and carry forward the storyline.

Also there will be some added changes to the NPC's of Voldar. I or Kalina or someone we designate will play the more important NPC's. There will be no other NPC's except as necessary: IE a stable boy for the stables, a merchant, townspeople you may want to interact with.  Once you start doing so, you must not "puppet" the NPC.  You will wait until Kalina or I respond as the NPC. As in all things there are exceptions but those exceptions have to be approved by myself or Kalina. IE if you have an animal, or a familiar we need to know its name, or powers or whatever it can or cannot do, this animal or familiar must be included in your CD.  In otherwords you just cannot conjure it out of thin air.

These added rules and all others will be strictly enforced. I hope all of you RP players will read and abide by all of the rules.  Kalina and I have the option to change or amend the rules as we see fit.

Ne'iav'rine, would like to join the highest bidder as a night time special forces unit. She has experiance as a cheiftain and understands battle tactices, so she would be most usefull as a combat officer. If you would like to see the CD, go to the joining thread, and click on her sig.

Not quite Kain.  Kalina and I still have to put up the backstory, the lists, put up the places for the Nyer people,etc etc...so just hang in there.  We will tell you all when the time is right.  It won't be long now...I promise.

I am working on rewritting the backstory because I was st0pid and didn't save it in word before I tried to post it. >.<

There is a difference between completly forgetting what this button (*points at a random button that says 'bunnies' *) does, and pushing it on purpose to find out what it does because you have complettly forgotten what it does.     et    Kalina, I totally agree with Taka, you are not stupid; and in my case I am so happy that you are back, I could      you, but I think you would rather settle for several     .

If you see anything that needs changing or rearranging please do not hesitate to say so, Kalina.


@the rest of the players.  If you are titled and want to join the war please decide whether you want to play for Lord Voltigar and Voldar or Lord (Whoever), Lycheus and Nyermersis.  Then post your characters name in the correct sign up list. Please follow all the directions in the sign up lists.  If you have noticed the board is set up where the top half is for Voldar players and the bottom half is set up for Nyermersis players.  So each different set of players have their own places to go to.

I am always editing as I think of new things. Please be patient with me.  For those of you wishing to play for Nyer, please post your CD's and contact info in the new Nyer CD and contact thread even if you have already posted it in the Voldar thread CD and contact info thread.  That way I and the leader of Nyer will know who is who and where to find your CD's and contact info a bit easier.  Thank you for being so patient with me.

If there are any questions or ideas. please do not hesitate to ask them.  I or Kalina will try and answer them as best as we can.  Thanks.

Is it necessary to have a full titled character to apply for the positions?
As in I want to play my Manik char, but I am also considering applying for the position of general for nyer. Do I have a seperate character to fill this role? or can I create a short bio, and play him, but use my Manik account?
If you prefer that I have a seperate account, I might be willing to make that happen......

Let me know, it's not for sure I am just thinking about it.

I welcome any other's who wish to be general to try out for it.

Manik you are already titled.  If you wish to audition for General of Nyermersis, make your request. I think it would be fun and interesting to have different accounts, but if you wish to just give a short bio, then that is fine as well.

This goes for all players who wish to play a different character other than their own. (Only in Here no other place) you may after asking and if going for a major part, audition for that part, just put in a short bio of that character, unless we have the bio already up, and then play that character under your account.  That way the story will not be stalled or you players will not groan and moan about creating another character and having to wait for it to be titled by the regular process.
