Umm... Darien, if Luca has not already mentioned this to you, there are some problems with your post.

First of all we are still a ways off, and still in the woods. We are simply where the woods thin out enough to see the Woodcutters Cottage. It is unlikely that any of your men, save the one on the trees above us (At least I am assuming he is in the trees.), would be able to see or hear us. In truth we are no where near the door, but rather reconoutering from a distance.

Second look at what we have to work with VS what you are putting us up against. We have an archer (Though Pally may have some melee skills.), and unarmed sailor and a swordwoman against eight armed men and five archers. That is if I get the lay of the situation correctly.

The way I see it our only option if your tactics could work (See first inconsistancy.) is to indeed try and penetrate the cottage, however that situation can be abuse and turned hopeless if we don't deal with the situation outside.

Now I do hold Terra's ablities in high regard, and I am sure she could handle four of your armed men, though it would be quite a challenge, she has limits to you know. I doubt however Dominic can handle the other four, and Pally can handle five archers. Well make than four concidering my plans for one of them.

I guess its not all that hopeless as long as the archers are not good shots.

bleh. misread something in one of the posts i see now.... Don't worry i'm allready of to edit. (shouldn't have made this last post in tha middle of the night) Fixing..... Oh and you don't always have to fight Terra.... Bargaining, Escaping or using your intelligence are also ways to put up a fight. All you need is some imagination and some smart way of writing tha post

Well Darien lest see what Dom has to say about the house before we go assuming anyones actions. She may decide to approach things differently depending on what he knows.  Using ones intelligence is all well and good, but using ones intelligence based on ignorance can be disastrous.

Well put Terra. Unfortunately, it would not be logical for Dom to know a whole lot of the lumberjack, much less the house, considering that he spends so much of his time out to sea. I think I have thought of a bit of a loophole to this, so I'll see what comes up as a write.

Also, Bah. Can you at least try to post? I want to get that end of the story rolling eventually....
