Dwarf, Mitharim

« on: September 01, 2008, 12:35:09 PM »

  Name: Galthas Tavaria

  Gender: Male

  Age: 120

  Race: Dwarf

  Tribe: Mitharim

  Occupation: Healer

  Title: Healer

  Appearance:
Height: 1 ped, 2 palmspans, 9 nailsbreadths and 2 grains.

    Weight: 3 pygges, 1 heb, 1 hafeb, 2 ods, and 5 muts.

    Hair Color: Black

    Eye Color: Green

Physical Appearance: Galthas is much fatter than other dwarves, and definitely not as muscular.  He has a large, full beard and mustache that he doesn't style very much at all, he just combs it so that it's straight down.  He also has long, flowing hair that he ties into a ponytail and stuffs down the back of his shirt.  Under his beard, he has two large, wide cheekbones, but you can usually barely see them.  His browridge doesn't protrude as much as others, and he has plump, red cheeks.  His chin doesn't have much of a cleft, either, but, as with his cheekbones, you can usually hardly see it.  He has small eyes and ears, but he can see and hear just as much as other dwarves.  His body hardly curves at all and is full all the way down.  He has a scar on his chest that you can barely see for his clothes that he got from a bear while he was collecting herbs a little too close to its cave.

Clothing: He is probably most known by his friends by his brown plaid underjacket with a pocket on either side and brass buttons that are usually buttoned.  Under his underjacket he wears a plain white shirt, but you can usually barely see it.  He also wears a stone gray jacket with brass buttons, which are usually unbuttoned, and pockets, which are usually empty.  He also wears a pair of stone gray pants with empty pockets, brown socks, and shoes. All of this he wears almost all the time except when he is performing surgery. At this time, he usually wears a white gown and apron over his clothes so he doesn't get them covered in blood.  Finally, he has a pair of glasses that he wears when reading or performing surgery.

Personality: Galthas is hearty, and is rarely found in a down mood.  He is usually content with the way things are and are more likely to accept them than rebel, just as long, of course, that the way things are going doesn't interfere with his beliefs.  If he believes that wrong is being done to him or another that he cares about, he will try to change it.  He loves food, and is rather outgoing for a dwarf, so he can usually be found merrily drinking and eating with one or two friends in a tavern, when he's not healing ailing clanmates.  He is usually very helpful towards others.  He loves books and usually buys one every time he gets the money, he also loves his job as a healer.  He also loves his cat, Almond, and usually takes her with him when he travels, which is not very often, after all, he is a dwarf.  He likes to get money, but only to buy books, when he is away, or is trying to finish three or four books already, he will usually not worry about money all that much.

  Strengths and Weaknesses:
    Strengths:
Intellectually superior: Galthas always had a thing for deductive reasoning and is usually more perceptive than others.  This would help him to solve a mystery quickly and more efficiently than others.  Also, this helps him by letting him recognize diseases and things quickly.

Outgoing: Galthas is as outgoing as a dwarf can be, which would allow him to make friends more often than other dwarves.  As an example, one time he was in a tavern on one of his trading trips and saw a lonely-looking dwarf at a table.  He went over to him and befriended him.  Later on, Galthas could not find lodging for the night, but the dwarf he befriended happened to be an innkeeper, and he saw Galthas wondering around.  He gave Galthas lodging for the night, even though he was ful up, by letting him share his own room.

Excellent Hearing and Eyesight: Along with all the others of his tribe, he can see and hear extremely well and he also has the uncanny Mitharim ability to detect lies by reading the body motions and hearing the quickening heartbeat of others.  One time, he was thinking of buying a book for a hefty sum, but when he asked the merchant about it, and he said it was priceless.  Of course, it wasn't, which Galthas new right off and saved a load of money.

Extremely Loyal: Like all the other Mitharim, Galthas has philanthropic dedication to members of his family or clan, and others that he has grown attached to.  This will lead him to use all of his resources to help a friend.  This would help him by leading him to be more driven to help a friend.  For example, he would search his mind and medical journals for hours on end to help a friend who was sick.  He would work harder to help him than someone he never met before.  This could also be considered a weakness as it would present him with a compromising position if he went to far to help someone.  As an example, the tavern he is in catches fire, but in his rush to escape, he leaves his cat inside.  He would probably rush haphazardly into the inferno trying to save him, which as you can imagine, would present a problem.

Skill in Medicine: Spending most of his life studying dwarven herbal medicine, he has grown to where it is second nature to him, allowing him to heal most minor wounds and infections with ease. For example, if he found a traveller with a disease that he knew, he would probably be able to find an herb to treat him or her quickly

Literate: Galthas has been taught to read by his clan's teacher when he was small. This came in very handy in his line of work because he needs to read medical journals and things to find out what disease someone has if he doesn't know it already, which rarely happens. This could obviously come in very handy if he were to come across a note he could read that no others in his group could.

    Weaknesses:
Intolerant of Lies: Being a Mitharim, he is naturally unforgiving of liars and deceivers.  If he finds out that someone is lying, he will quickly terminate whatever relationship that they share.  Of course, if he were to do this to an important person, it might negatively affect his ability to build a reputation in the town if the man was very popular and powerful in the community.

Curious: Galthas is very curious about all things in the world, books, mostly. This might be a problem if he were to run upon a dangerous animal that he had never seen before. He might so close to it that, if the animal were to turn on him, he wouldn't be able to get away as quickly.

Suspicious of Other Races: Galthas is somewhat suspicious of other races, especially elves. Not to the point of racism, but he would probably rush to help one dwarf over five elves any day. This could cause a problem if he were to treat a dwarf that came in after an important elf in another city. If a member of another race was sick on the side of the road, however, he would definitely help them.

Bum Leg: Galthas has a leg that he hurt when he fell on it one time. This normally dosen't affect him except when he is running. When he is running, his leg has a chance to give out on him, causing him not to be able to put weight on it and probably fall. This could cause a problem if he was running away from a predator and it happened.

Partial Insomnia: Galthas has some trouble with his sleep patterns. He has some difficulty falling asleep, but not staying asleep. Normally, he just lays in his bed and reads for hours until he falls asleep. This could cause him quite a problem if he was travelling with a group that did not get to sleep for very long at a time. He probably wouldn't be able to get to sleep for quite a while, maybe even not at all, which would cause him to suffer from sleep deprivation the next day.

Magic:  Galthas has the limited emphatic magic that all dwarves are born with. He has honed his magic with much practice to the point that he is very adept with it.  With his magic, he can calm down a panicked person, heal small wounds, such as scrapes, increase the potency of herbal medicine, and stomach aches and headaches.  What healing he cannot do with his magic, he does with medicine and minor surgery.

Religion: Galthas is, like all dwarves, a strong believer in  Trum-Baroll and usually prays to him several times a day, especially before he is about to treat a patient.  He will also usually strive to pray for others in need, as he hates to see others that he loves sorrowful.

History: Galthas was born to a poor mining family in a small cave-village in the side of a mountain. His father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and on down his family line were miners, and, growing up, Galthas was sure that he would be one, too.  Despite this, one night, Galthas' father was hurt in a mine cave-in, but he was barely healed by the community healer and survived.  After a few days, however, an infection set up in his father's wound, and, the healer not knowing a cure for it, his father died.  After this traumatic event in his life, Galthas swore that he would become a healer, partly to keep himself from the same fate, but mostly to keep it from happening to others.

At age twenty-five, Galthas started vigorously studying herbs, roots, and other means of healing.  When he was about sixty-five years old, he started practicing medicine on his own, having studied under some of the other healers in his community for about thirty-five years.  After this, the priest of his community thought that he should undertake the Baregozar.  After his Baregozar, during which he became an adult, he could not find a female to court, so he never married.  After this, Galthas took the Wirrutharoon, in which he prepared a very rare sample of medicine that impressed the elders.  This, along with his dedication to medicine since a young age, proved that he should be a healer, and the elders agreed.  Galthas also built a cave, as tradition dictated, but it was not a very good one, and that is where he lives today.  After about twenty years of healing on his own, a mine collapse in one of his community's mines was reported to him.  Remembering the traumatic event of his childhood, Galthas, instead of waiting for the miners to be brought to him, rushed to the scene to help them.  He helped twelve miners swiftly and expertly, but was unable to save the other three.

After they made a full recovery, the twelve miners built Galthas a rather large cave of his own, and Galthas, save two rooms for storerooms, turned it into an apothecary and used it to help his community.  Since then, Galthas has been helping his village with his apothecary.  Most of the proceeds from Galthas' apothecary go towards training new dwarves in medicine.  Because of this, he has many workers in his apothecary, allowing him to make some trips outside of the community to larger trading hubs where he will buy books, mainly medical journals.  On one of these trips, since he had not been out of the community in about six years, he had accumulated a good-sized amount of wealth.  On this trip, instead of buying books, he purchased a pair of glasses.  Also, on this visit, he was walking down a mining shaft that was used as a street when he saw a Wilderon cat, that looked like it had been starved, being beaten by another dwarf that appeared to be its owner.  Galthas, with his hatred for suffering, waited until the owner had gone, and then stole the cat and the cage it was in.  With what was left of his money, he purchased some food for it for the way home, and now he keeps it as a pet, and he named it Almond because of the color of its fur.  He commonly takes Almond with him when he goes out to harvest herbs and things for his apothecary.

Belongings: Glasses, a copy of the Rocktales, and many books, mostly medical journals. Also, he has a mortar and pestle.  He also has a knapsack that he takes with him when he travels that contains all of his money and any other items that he may need on his travels. He also has a medical kit that he carries with him that contains some tourniquets, tools for minor surgery, such as removing animal claws or arrows, and a few common herbs. All of these he uses to help tandem travellers he finds on his journeys.

  Familiars:

    Name: Almond

    Age:10

    Gender: Female

    Species: Cat

Appearence: Almond has very long fur, like most Wilderon cats, and her fur has an almond color, from which she got her name.  Her ears are elongated, and her eyes are rather large.  She is about as plump as others of her breed, and is mostly in shape. Her legs are strong and sturdy, but her paw-pads, though large and spread out, like others of her breed, are soft and tear easily. She has a long, bushy tail and has a rather round body altogether.  Her eyes are a copper color.  As she is rather plump, as are almost all Wilderons, she weighs one hafeb and four ods.  She is larger than most cats, and is one fore, one palmspan, two nailsbreadths, and two grains tall.

Personality and Temperament:  Almond is lazy and not easily irritated.  She loves her owner, Galthas, and is rather comfortable around other people.  She is only comfortable, however, around Galthas and four or five other people, and is not comfortable in large crowds.  She is friendly towards others but, if they are taking away her master's affection and attention that is supposed to be reserved for her only, she is quick to make a mental note of that and will not like it.  She is intelligent and is quick to learn a schedule of when to eat, to be petted, and other things.

History:  She was born on the Wilderon plain, like all wild Wilderons, but was soon captured by some humans.  She then traded hands between various traders until she came to be in possession of a particularly nasty dwarf.  She was not fed very well and treated badly until she was rescued by Galthas one day when he was out trading.  Since then she has remained with Galthas and would not run away from home except under the most extreme circumstances.

Training:  She has no formal training but is kept in shape by Galthas.  Her fur must be trimmed periodically by Galthas to keep from becoming uncomfortable in the hotter climate of Southern Sarvonia. She does, however, help Galthas by eating any little creatures that sneak into his cave.

Eek, yes, I have been here before.  I had a CD of a traveling historian, but I didn't work on him for very long before I quit for a few months.  Silmarwen, I was going to put a history and S&W, but I didnt have time last night, when I started it.  Hey, do you guys think that my physical appearance and clothing sections are fleshed out enough yet?

I think Physical appearance could be better. We need to know everything about how he looks, not just how fat he is.  grin Body shape, facial appearance, anything unique or special, like a scar, big feet, small ears, whatever. Clothing is alright for now, I think.

Hullo Galthas, and welcome to the Dream(again!) grin . Sorry if my other character(Zann) did not reply to your PM sooner. I noticed the pencil message icon, so I won't be looking at this until you placed the exclamation message icon. However, I would be pointing out something about your occupation. azn

Since dwarves live in communities, they take on a particular role to help and support each other. Occupations of Sarvonian dwarves, the Mitharim in particular, are strictly segregated, with males taking a particular kind of job and the females another. A few jobs can be assigned to both genders though. Galthas' job(teacher) is reserved for females of the clan only. Sorry, but you need to pick another occupation for him. Sorry! You can search for an appropriate job for him in this entry. Some jobs do have male teachers (for example, An elder smith teaching young apprentices in their craft, a male singspeaker teaching his apprentices how to decode bat messages, etc.)

Once you found something that you like, finish your CD and I'll get to commenting it. :)

Greetings Galthas, and welcome to the Dream. Comments in the fiery color of red.

Name: Galthas Tavaria

  Gender: Male

  Age: 120

  Race: Dwarf

  Tribe: Mitharim

  Occupation: Healer

  Title: Healer

  Appearance:
Height: 1 ped, 2 palmspans, 9 nailsbreadths and 2 grains.

    Weight: 3 pygges, 1 heb, 1 hafeb, 2 ods, and 5 muts.

    Hair Color: Black

    Eye Color: Green

Physical Appearance: Much fatter than other dwarves, and definitely not as muscular.  He has a large, full beard and mustache that he dosen't style very much at all, he just combs it so that its straight down.  He also has long, flowing hair that he ties into a ponytail and stuffs down the back of his shirt.  Under his beard, he has two large, wide cheekbones, but you can usually barely see them.  His browridge dosen't protrude as much as others, and he has plump, red cheeks.  His chin dosen't have much of a cleft, either, but, as with his cheekbones, you can usually hardly see it.  He has small eyes and ears, but he can see and hear just as much as other dwarves.  His body hardly curves at all and is full all the way down.  He has a scar on his chest that you can barely see for his clothes that he got from a bear while he was collecting herbs a little to close to its cave.

Clothing: He is probably most known by his freinds(friends) by his brown plaid underjacket with a pocket on either side, in one of these pockets he keeps a golden pocket watch(Watches are not yet present in Santharia. Here is a list of gadgets used by the dwarves in telling the time, though It's very unlikely that you can put one of these in your pocket.), and this underjacket also has brass buttons that are usually buttoned.  Under his underjacket he wears a plain white shirt, but you can usually barely see it.  Over his underjacket, he wears a stone gray jacket with brass buttons that are usually unbottoned, and pockets, which are usually empty.  He also wears a pair of stone gray pants with empty pockets, brown socks, and black shoes.  Finally, he has a pair of glasses.

Personality: Galthas is hearty, and is rarely found in a down mood.  He is usually content with the way things are and are more likely to accept them than rebel(These raises some concern for me. Dwarves are, as you know, stubborn and unyielding. Any beliefs they cling to, especially dwarven, are treated like religious dogma. They would not easily accept anything contrary to their beliefs.).

Fast-talker:  He can talk with logic and wisdom more than others and, most of the time, can talk his way out of a situation in which he is in trouble.

Outgoing: Galthas is as outgoing as a dwarf can be, which would allow him to make friends more often than other dwarves.

Excellent Hearing and Eyesight: Along with all the others of his tribe, he can see and hear extremely well and he also has the uncanny Mitharim ability to detect lies by reading the body motions and hearing the quickening heartbeat of others.

Extremely Loyal: Like all the other Mitharim, Galthas has philanthropic dedication to members of his family or clan, and others that he has grown attached to.  This will lead him to use all of his resources to help a friend.

Skill in Medicine: Spending most of his life studying dwarven herbal medicine, he has grown to where it is second nature to him, allowing him to heal most wounds and infections with ease.

    Weaknesses:
Physically Disadvantaged: Being a plump and non-muscular dwarf, Galthas would be quite useless in a fight, if, for some unfathomable reason, he ever got into one.

Intolerant of Lies: Being a Mitharim, he has the natural unforgivingness(rephrase with 'he is naturally unforgiving') of liars and decievers(deceivers).  If he finds out that someone is lying, he will quickly terminate whatever bonds that they share.

Extremely Loyal: Though also a strength, his extreme loyalty also could drive him to get into a comprimising(compromising) position that would be hard to get out of.

Magic: He possesses limited empathetic(emphatic) magic that he learned from other healers in his community.(Emphatic magic is not learned, although it can be honed to higher efficiency by elder healers of the tribe. It is an inborn talent possessed by dwarves, with some of them being more adept in it than others. Also, you need to expand this part in order to better explain to us his magic.)

Religion: (Sarvonian dwarves hold high respect to Trum-Baroll. Please add a religion section, tell us about his relationship with the god.)

History: Galthas was born to a poor mining family in a small village in the side of a mountain(Sarvonian dwarves do not live in villages, they live in caves.). His mother, having no other source of income, was forced to move back in with her parents, taking Galthas with her(Dwarves live in a community, where each individual contributes to the welfare of the people in it. Even if his father was lost, the community will see to it that every member is well taken care of. His mother doesn't need to move back to her parents, because her parents are already with her in the community. grin This, of course, does not apply if she is living in a separate cave far from her community, like outcast dwarves, for example.).  After this traumatic event in his life, Galthas swore that he would become a healer, partly to keep himself from the same fate, but mostly to keep it from happening to others.

At age twenty-five, Galthas started vigorously studying herbs, roots, and other means of healing.  One time he even convinced his mother, who had taken up a job as a brewmistress, to use most of her money to send him to a small healing academy(There are no healing academies in the Mithral Mountains. Elder healers teach the young ones the arts of their craft, in accordance to their duty to the community.) somewhere in the Mithral Mountains for about fifteen years, where he honed his healing skills to perfection.  When he was about sixty-five years old, he started practicing medicine on his own, having studied under some of the other healers in his community for about twenty years.  After about twenty years of healing on his own, a mine collapse in one of his community's mines was reported to him.  Remembering the traumatic event of his childhood, Galthas, instead of wating for the miners to be brought to him, rushed to the scene to help them.  He helped twelve miners swiftly and expertly, but was unable to save the other three.

After they made a full recovery, the twelve miners built Galthas a rather large cave of his own, and Galthas, save two rooms for himself, turned it into an apothecary and used it to help his community.  Because of the lives saved by Galthas' apothecary, his community's mining output was tripled, and one day a human trading caravan came through(The entrance to the home of a community is very well hidden from other races, and it is entirely impossible for dwarves to point out the entrance to their home. This would be possible if he is in one of the trading settlements, like Tyr Donian, for example, since that area is frequented by traders of different races.).  One member of the village pointed out that, in Galthas' dedication to his community, he was lonely, having no wife(You forgot to include one important aspect of dwarven life. The Baregozar(or Age of Choosing for males), is an event wherein he would pick a dwarven female for his mate. Due to the fact that males vastly outnumber the females, there is a chance that he will find no wife, giving him reason to focus on his job instead. After going through the Age of Choosing, he would then attend a ceremony (called the Wirrutharoon), wherein he would prepare a wirrurt(a show piece) of his chosen occupation. Since you're a healer, I would think that his wirrurt would be a sample of medicine, or a patch of healing herbs he cultivated, etc. You decide. grin Since I cannot list down all the details of both ceremonies, I will just point you out to this link.), so the community pitched in and traded a rather large sum of ore to the humans in exchange for one captured Wilderon cat.  They gave it to Galthas as thanks for his help, he accepted it and named it Almond, because of the color of its hair, and now he loves it very much, almost as much as any other member of his community.  Galthas acquired his glasses and watch from various trading caravans that had passed through over the years.  Since then, Galthas has been helping his village with his apothecary.(You need a reason as to why he would leave his cave, as most stories in the board occur very far from the Mithral Mountains.)

Belongings: Glasses and golden pocket watch.(A dwarf without a copy of The Rocktales is like a fish without water. LOL All dwarves are required to have a copy of the RockTales, which is considered a holy writing to the Thergerim, or else the Denirim(priest) will pull out their beards braid by braid. buck )

Familiars: Almond the Wilderon cat.(This section would look better if you could tell us what it looks like grin . Is it a male or a female? fat? furry? intelligent? lazy? Details will help you expand this part.)

And there you go. If you have any questions about dwarves, do not hesitate to ask me, or the mods for that matter. I will give another check if you need it.

Have a nice day.

Hey, guys, I need your help on what I should do about the Emphatic Magic.  I looked in the magic section and couldn't find it, nor in the Dwarven People section.  Please help.

Well, let me tell you a little about the emphatic magic of healer dwarves. They are born with it, though some are more adept in using it. Generally, females are more inclined to having a greater control of it than males, but there are instances where males excel in it.

Emphatic magic is not like Ximaxian magic, wherein there are levels, spheres, and whatnot. It is simply an inborn skill of dwarves, much like the psychic abilities of Psyrpents, which the dwarves use for restoring physical and spiritual health. From the dwarven employment entry:
Quote
Healer
Uses herbs, potions, food, psychology, and some limited empathic magic to cure and heal physical and spiritual injuries. Either gender.

What I was asking you to do is to expand that part. Simply stating that he has limited emphatic magic is not enough. For example, you can tell us how he uses it, what he can do with it, etc.

If you have more questions about dwarves, do not hesitate to ask the mods. They're here to help you in creating your character.

Have a nice day.

I see you already edited your CD. Good. Then I shall start commenting, in the fiery color of red.

Name: Galthas Tavaria

  Gender: Male

  Age: 120

  Race: Dwarf

  Tribe: Mitharim

  Occupation: Healer

  Title: Healer

  Appearance:
Height: 1 ped, 2 palmspans, 9 nailsbreadths and 2 grains.

    Weight: 3 pygges, 1 heb, 1 hafeb, 2 ods, and 5 muts.

    Hair Color: Black

    Eye Color: Green

Physical Appearance: Much fatter than other dwarves, and definitely not as muscular.  He has a large, full beard and mustache that he dosen't(doesn't) style very much at all, he just combs it so that its straight down.  He also has long, flowing hair that he ties into a ponytail and stuffs down the back of his shirt.  Under his beard, he has two large, wide cheekbones, but you can usually barely see them.  His browridge dosen't(doesn't) protrude as much as others, and he has plump, red cheeks.  His chin dosen't(doesn't) have much of a cleft, either, but, as with his cheekbones, you can usually hardly see it.  He has small eyes and ears, but he can see and hear just as much as other dwarves.  His body hardly curves at all and is full all the way down.  He has a scar on his chest that you can barely see for his clothes that he got from a bear while he was collecting herbs a little to close to its cave.

Clothing: He is probably most known by his friends by his brown plaid underjacket with a pocket on either side, and this underjacket also has brass buttons that are usually buttoned.  Under his underjacket he wears a plain white shirt, but you can usually barely see it.  Over his underjacket, he wears a stone gray jacket with brass buttons that are usually unbottoned(unbuttoned), and pockets, which are usually empty.  He also wears a pair of stone gray pants with empty pockets, brown socks, and black shoes.  Finally, he has a pair of glasses.

Personality: Galthas is hearty, and is rarely found in a down mood.  He is usually content with the way things are and are more likely to accept them than rebel, just as long, of course, that the way things are going dosen't(doesn't) interfere with his beliefs.  If he believe that wrong is being done to him or another that he cares about, he will try to change them.

Intolerant of Lies: Being a Mitharim, he is naturally unforgiving of liars and decievers(deceivers).  If he finds out that someone is lying, he will quickly terminate whatever bonds that they share.

Extremely Loyal: Though also a strength, his extreme loyalty also could drive him to get into a compomising(compromising) position that would be hard to get out of.

Magic:  Galthas has the limited emphatic magis(magic) that all healer dwarves(This may be a bit of a nitpick, but healers are not the only one with emphatic magic. All dwarves have them, though some are more attuned to it than others. I mentioned 'healer dwarves' in my last post because they are the only dwarves who tend to use it.) are born with.  With his magic, he can partially calm down a panicked person, heal small wounds, such as scrapes, increase the potency of herbal medicine, and heal minor stomach aches and headaches.  What healing he cannot do with his magic, he does with medicine and minor surgery.

Religion: Galthas is, like all dwarves, a strong believer in the(remove 'the') Trum-Baroll and usually prays to him several times a day, especially before he is about to treat a patient.

After this, he undertook the Wirrutharoon.  As with most other things, Galthas carefully planned this very well, fashoning a very rare sample of medicine.  The elders of the tribe were impressed, but not the younger females, and, because of his lack of athletic ability, he performaed(performed) miserably in the competitions(The Wirrutharoon does not have any competition. It's just a ceremony where a dwarf would present a show piece of his chosen career to the elders. The elders in turn will inspect the item carefully and counsel the dwarf accordingly.), and was not chosen by a female(His Baregozar should come first before the Wirrutharoon.).  Galthas did, however, build a cave, as tradition dictated, but it was not a very good one, and that is where he lives today.  After about twenty years of healing on his own, a mine collapse in one of his community's mines was reported to him.  Remembering the traumatic event of his childhood, Galthas, instead of wating(waiting) for the miners to be brought to him, rushed to the scene to help them.

Also, on this visit, he was walking down the street(There are no streets inside dwarven caves. Mostly mine shafts which they use as roads.) when he saw a Wilderon cat, that looked like it had been starved, being beaten by another dwarf that appeared to be its owner.

Familiars: Almond the Wilderon cat.  She is a female Wilderon cat that is very intellegent, but lazy.  She also is somewhat fit because of the climbing that she has to do with Galthas when he takes her out herb-collecting.  Her eyes and ears are rather big, but in all other aspects, she looks like a typical Wilderon cat.

And there you go. You're nearly there Galthas, a few more edits and you'll be RPing in no time.

Have a nice day.

Thank you for those comments, Thorgas.  I think that I got all of the spelling corrected.  Also, thank you so much for all your help about the dwarves, I had no idea about the dwarves in Santharia until you told me.

Also, I was going to ask you, what is the average age for a dwarf.  I was under the impression that it was about 300.  Another thing, do the dwarves talk with any sort of accent, I was just wondering for when I start RPing.
