I actually wrote this one as I was sitting at the computer. I hope it doesn't show too much.

@ Ridgen: If you can't figure it out just let me know. I can try and simplify it or replace it with an easier one. (probably the latter) If you can't get it before posting we could implement a rule that one can have two turns of the following people to ponder the riddle but after those turns are over the person must answer and/or accept defeat.

I just realised I neglected to tell you I'm actually a pretty dim-witted 13 year old :/ You have confuzzled me xD can we have an easier one? :/

Uhm... Sure, we can have that rule, I guess. Oh, and the way I described it earlier, it's kind of like, you can choose whatever of the three options, but if you find that the challenge presented to you is too hard, you reserve the right to switch challenges (except in the case of combat) instead of giving up. Dares can switch to combat and riddles and riddles can only switch to combat.

Just so that it's not too easy to lose, but if you don't like it, we can change that.

I apologize. Its not all you, I'm just a poor riddler. I have this bad habit of making riddles too hard to solve. For most of my home made ones they're either extremely easy or much too hard. I avoid the former so much I cause the latter.

I'll change it to something thats been solved before. I'll probably pull one of mine from my Riddle thread. Your choice on whether or not to look at the answer, but that is considered bad form.

Quick hint for future reference, my riddles have two stages, one that describes the object and one that describes the word. And in proper riddle fasion I'll let you figure out the difference.

I'll post the old one here for people to think about it. I may ask it later should I be asked. (I'm rather proud of it, I wrote it as I was sitting in front of the computer last night.)

When all loses all
You will see to my center.
When it comes to warm homes,
I help all to enter

When you look to my end
nonexistance begins
yet despite my ends dent
I cause all your grins

And now for beginnings
I move side to side
Three times a day
You'll want me by your side.

Just after I follow
though I seem slightly twisted
I'm better than hands
for making material shifted

Happy Solving.

I'll give you some hints/advice though I'm going to try to be cryptic. If you really just cant get it and the time to answer comes I'll drop serious hints or you can look at my riddle thread. Answer and reasons are both posted there.

Hint #1: Its an inadament object.
Hint #2: Its a physical object (not an idea or thought or feeling)

Advice: Look at the language and try to figure out the mor important pieces. In a riddle some parts are more important than others. Also these riddles tend to be descriptive, what are the characteristics of this object?

@Thorgas: That's fine. I'm currently without Internet until the 7th so I won't have a post up until then.

Oooh, and I think I know the answer to the riddle.

Are we waiting on anyone specific to post? I'm not sure if I have anything I can constructively post on yet.

I've been much too long as well. I'll probably be out of commission until after this weekend as well. I'll see if I can get on but feel free to post around or before me.

I also won't be on as much as I like the next little while. My 6 year old niece passed away and her funeral is on Monday plus with finals and xmas just around the corner I'm going to be a tad bit busy. I will come on now and then but if anyone feels the need to "puppet" me while I'm away please feel free to do so. Wouldn't want to hold the story up.
