First off, glad you had a change of views. I know, I would be more willing to except you into my party now, rather than if your views stayed the way it was when you first posted. To bad you were a week too late for my party, as I just realized you tried. I am sure you can find another.

Second, I would like suggest a few things about your sword. First 10 miles is a long ways to detect evil, so is this ability of the sword controllable by the carrier in any way? IE only active while the sword is held. You may wish to define the level of evil it can detect, or if it is dependant on the views of the swords user. This would be useful for the leader of a story, if you added it to you description, should he wish to have you make use of the ability, as then he could work it into a post some how. Up to though, as there is also a question of the purpose of the sense as well (Offensive, or Defective.).

Also not sure if would make the blade too powerful but, it may be passable for it to 'guide the users hand' occasionally, as knowing your opponents methods of combat is one thing, but then knowing how to defend against, or defeat such methods are two totally different things. As I said before this may make the blade two powerful.

Just a few picky details for you to think of as you play. Your skill sound like they could have been an asset to my party, too bad you came in a week late.  Maybe a spot will open up later. Good luck, and fun to you.

See, the problem is that in Sorren, evil is relative. It's not like AD&D where people have alignments. Dark elves are decidedly 'evil', according to elven standards, and are pretty nasty anyway.

So maybe it should detect things that would be a threat or someone with harmful intentions toward the weilder?

Anyway. 10 miles is a bit much, and it needs to be measured in peds.

Aside from that, I dont' have any quarrels with it.

Okay. I'll reduce that to 5 miles. Sorry I haven't been here lately, but something in my account has messed up. And, it only works when you perform some incantation on it, of which only Rhuken knows. The sword only works when someone of his blood line uses it; and since he has no decendants, he's the only one who can use it.

Sorry about the confusion with the title.  There Are no Mage-Knights, Perhaps Paladin?  Or Simply Knight or whatnot?  Just let me know and I'll change it.

I saw a guy who was a Mage Knight in a few threads. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I do believe Mage Knights are an option, because through some of the threads, I saw a guy (i forgot his name) whose occupation was "Mage Knight". Can't there be a Fighter/Mage or something like that if not mage knight?
