Want to check if your Forum portrait shows up? If your signature is working? Want to check how to use BBC Codes and HTML here on the Forum? - Note: Only very basic HTML is allowed, and signatures need to be in Bulletiin Board Code (BBC), which is the kind of syntax this message board generates when pressing the buttons above, e.g. to show a picture.

Well, it seems you have found your area to experiment at will! Just reply to this thread and post whatever you want to try out, and if you're still having problems figuring something out on how to do it, feel free to post a question here and we'll help you.

Some general help on how to use the Bulletin Board Codes properly might be found here BTW. - And now have fun with testing the Forum possibilities...

i know quite a bit about plants and I'd like to make some new ones for the herbarium i have several ideas and i can draw plants fairly well and thats my joining request

Hmmm... I notice that you try to use a font called "Goodfish" here, Judy... You need to be aware that such a font of course only shows correctly at computers where you have the font installed. Others see regular Arial, just as before.

Verrrrry interesting - because it shows up on my computer, of course - so I wouldn't know the difference.  I wonder how I would check that then - find a list of the original MS Word approved fonts, perhaps?    Vexing, as I'm a fontaddict...
