What exactly needs to be done here? The new history section looks kinda empty, and id love to start filling it.

Well, there's a lot of work needed to transfer the existing tables to the new scheme. That's work I fear I have to do myself bit by bit as I'm administering this database.

Another thing that needs to be done is to make e.g. the rough Santharian History timeline we elaborated during Santhmoot II more precise by defining concrete events. You find the main work done back then in this thread. Good knowledge of the background of these historical periods is necessary however in order to be able to define these events though. Ideally people who attended during Santhmoot should help here a great deal.

Interested people can also take a certain tribe/period and help to elaborate a certain era more specificially - or go through existing entries and extract the hard facts in order to convert them into events. It is not necessary to have the dates fit 100%. While working on the timelines dates might change as they need to be coordinated and therefore adjusted. Changing a date however will from now on have effect on all history tables, so its very easy to update everything on the site according to new specifications.

At any rate very concrete events with date, caption, description text are necessary in order to add something to History.

I'm amazed you can see the Altario projects pile considering it is dwarfed by my unfinished projects. For which I apologise.

I think they're under that big pile of unfinished Altario projects.  :)
