It is still a bit time till next update so I will have a look at the adan'sonia.

I need to comment on the dwarven stuff - haven't had time as we are now into midterm exams (giving, not writing, for all you young 'uns out there) and I will have about two hundred and fifty listening tests to mark in the next couple of days....

As Talia says, there's time before the next update, and it's NOT a rule that a new entry has to fit in the space between updates, either....

Alarun, I didn't have the time yet for a closer look, but there are a few things you can look into meanwhile:

- No miles, we have a different measurement - strals (1stral=1km)

- It is the Ráhaz-Dáth and not the Rahaz Desert.

- You wanted to describe the baobab, but when I look at the pictures google shows me (type in just baobabs), then these trees do not look lke good resting trees, there is scarcely a shade underneath, the leaves are too far away from the ground.

- If I remember right, the baobab is a home to many animals, not just the firebird, which lives in forests (not sure if it would cross the desert to find a solitary tree) , many birds and small apes are living in it. Look at the links the wikipedia gives you and you might find some other interesting aspects.

- Can you give an actual date when the tree came first to the desert?
