Hello! This is my first time making something for Caelereth and I'm quite excited! Constructive critisicism and feedback are welcome.

a) Categorization
Edible Plant (Open to suggestions)

b) Basic Overview of the Plant
The Saelstra plant is a long blue-green vine, usually growing up large trees or walls around Eight Winds Bay. One single vine will usually prosper and grow until it is a massive collection of vines, spreading from tree to tree growing up in the tree tops and on the trunk of the tree. When it gets near residential places and latches onto a house it will grow up the wall of the house and curl around fences, it gives the house a“floral” look. Although it sounds like it is a plague growing far to fast and much, it’s not. It grows slowly, having a “growth spurt” every few years when it will only grow a few meters if in the wild or only a few centimetres if on a house, the latter reason being that there aren’t as good resources near towns and cities as there are in the wild for the vine to grow. Every year at the same time the plant produces a very moist sweet fruit, being red in colour, it is quite cheap and tastes good, if you can handle the sweetness.

c) Description

d) Territory
Around Eight Winds Bay, mainly around Medgarth and Tyrling.

e) Usages

f) Reproduction

g) Myth/Lore/Origins (optional)

The categorisation section is to tell Arti what section to put the plant in.  It can actually be in two sections.  My dainbel entry for instance is under both bush and edible plant.  This could go under edilbe plant and vine.  If you want it to grow among trees pehaps you could extand its territory east, to the folkmore trees.  The climate is also warmer there so it may work.  Well done so far!

Don't worry there's no rush.  Actually that reminds me, I should probably be doing some work.

Hey Dayne...  haha, another name change. You're out to confuse me, but I still know you chickened out of my dare. :P

Anyway, just a quick comment here, I'll come back when you're actually finished and ready for proper comments.

Santharia has its own measurements, which you can find by using the picture menu in the top left...

Miscellaneous (bag) --> Standards & Units --> Measures and Weights

Also, that's a little bit too much information in the overview, you've almost told us everything. Save some stuff for your individual sections.

Happy Dreamin'  :D

It's true, I chickened out.  evil
Oh right! I know about the measurements, just had a mental blank.
But, I think that is that is my overview, my other sections will have to be much much much much much muchmuchmuchmuch larger than it.

Are Shabby and Dek the same person in my mind.  Strange.

Ah yes, forgot to point out to Shabakuk that Chapter 5 is ready for testing - will do so now!
18 May 2012, 09:35:51
I am pleased it is going well for you though Seeker ... can't wait to try it and die. :D
18 May 2012, 09:35:13
No, I didn't Seeker. :( I think it is Master Anfang who is doing the testing
18 May 2012, 08:30:42
Dek-   shoals is going very well.  Art is starting on chapter 6. A very important chapter.  Did you test chapter 5?

Waiiiiiit!   (Bard staggers back with a pile of Unfinished Projects so high her arms are trembling)  Let me stuff mine in there before you lock the room!  *looks guiltily around and snatches the Quenyss parchment off the top of the stack*

Then I say we lock the Unfinished Projects room.  If Arti ever gets in there.... big trouble. rolleyes

I'm amazed you can see the Altario projects pile considering it is dwarfed by my unfinished projects. For which I apologise.
