I'm not sure if I can, but I'd like to reserve the Elenveran Hobbits.  I would like to write the tribe entry before writing the place, or any other, but that might not be feasible with this plan.

No, Mannix, I think that could work. I'd say if there is no tribe entry, that takes precendece over the place, and the place entries can be updated accordingly.
