Good to see you're back here, Telàmorí. Hope you have indeed time to finish this, but to have some "sweet" distracting you is not that bad I suppose, at least it happens at the forum here as well ;)

GREAT!  One of these days i am going to cleanup the "culture and customes" section of the miscellaneous forum and write up a proper overview for all the instruments.  I would love these string instruments to be among them.
