Does anyone know of a tribe that needs a new (very spicy) food? It needs to be in a semi-arid to almost desert area, as that is where some of the prime ingredients grow. It is very good and filling. It is one of my favorite meals in RL. (I wonder how many people have already guessed what I'm thinking of?) Very filling, and easy to make.

Actually I was. I looked and didn't see it in foods. Is Djelhi chili?  :(I hope someone didn't beat me to it. I'll check.... I can't find Djelhi in the food section.

Apparently someone had the spelling wrong. It's part of Dame Sausade's Cookbook in the treasury, which I'm given to understand is Terran foods with cookable Santharian counterparts or vice versa.

Ah, this is interesting. Its not chili though, at least not chili as I know it. It is more or a sauce, or maybe a bean dish. There's no "carne", just "chili con".

Remember our discussions from the other day, Siv? Just because something is so in RL, doesn't mean it has to be so in Santh.

The orcs in the frozen northern regions of Sarvonia cook almost everything they eat with enough spices to fell a human at 20 paces! You could create a sub-species of your chilli that thrives in permafrost regions, or perhaps just to the south of them. grin
