Are you trying to invent a pepper plant, or just the dish?  Because Kragghi Sap is pretty much like translucent red pepper paste and can be used liberally anywhere you need heat.  And I think it has a wide range of tolerance...

I was actually hoping to create the dish, and create plants as necesary.  Can the Kragghi Sap be turned into a powder?

I imagine if it can be dried you could grind it up, or you could simply heat the sap to make it more liquid. I think that would work.
