I realized something! Since the main Zhunite settlements (eg Cusca, Kimbar, Hostar, Marmarra, Cyras, Karakan, Evasnos) are going to be city-states controling a small number of agricultural settlements or even smaller towns around them: We will need both a place entry, describing what the city looks like or even what it used to look like eg under the Krath Empire/in the past/at the height of its glory AND a kingdom/state entry, describing the "mini-kingdom" formed by the leading city and its neighbouring vassals.
