I was sure I answered this.  shocked Strange.  But my answer was pretty much in line with what Azhira has state.  Th Southern scholars would not be completely convinced of the validity of this "power", having not as much familiarity with it.

Just wanted to throw out my 2 sans and see how they land on this topic.

First off, the idea of using Coor and Ava as a base idea for this duality being isn't far-fetched. If you look through the elven tribes on Sarvonia (North & South) and Nybelmar, you'll find that these two entities are still heavily worshiped. Hence I don't think narrowing down the exacts of this particular tribes transformation of these two into a singular being is of the utmost importance.

In favor of your point-of-view Altario, I agree that such a magical concept should not be limited to area. As the tribe perceives these powers to be divine in nature, they would have the strength of belief no matter where they were. The explanation on why they are the only ones able to perform such miracles is also an easy concept. Being raised with a set of moral beliefs can cause lifelong mental perceptions of the essence of the world. 'Essence' is a word I would tend to avoid as you progress with this entry, our Druidic orders already use this terminology.

There would IMHO be no need to asses tribal heritage as a necessity for their prayers being answered. Simply the fact they they are raised as a whole with these beliefs I think explains it well enough.

I'm amazed you can see the Altario projects pile considering it is dwarfed by my unfinished projects. For which I apologise.
