Hey all.

We need some cool blunt weapons.  I am talking about clubs, hammers and maces.  We have a few in the overviews but we are severely lacking in developed blunt weapons.

Weapons are generally easy to develop.  The hard parts are to make sure they tie in well with existing tribes and have some unique background or history to make it interesting.

If anyone develops a cool one I will offer to  illustrate it! Weapons are fun to draw so I will illustrate as many as it takes. :)
And don't feel like you need to limit yourself to the ones in the overviews.

Hi Seeker.. I have a fascination in 'fight science' and I'd like to make my first few entries in santharia on what you mentioned. But because I want them to be of topmost quality I need some time, especially to study the existing santharian weapons, to study which tribes are inclined to what weapons and obviously real-world description on blunt weapons and more importantly to make them consistent with the existing santharian world. But to do so properly, I am afraid I need some time. I need about a month to publish my first draft on it because of the mentioned reason and because I'm currently a bit busy with my study. But I didnt want to miss grabbing it up, thats why I m informing you earlier.

P.S. There is a slight possibility that I will find out later that I wont be able to do it at all because of my real-life business.. In that case I'll inform you within 25th May.

So if you think I might be good enough for it, then reserve it for me :)

As Co-mod of the misc. forum and unofficial patron of all things pointy, shooty and capable of grievous bodily harm, I need to ask one question there Oni:

Which weapon did you want to reserve exactly?  huh

Valan, I wanted to take all three weapons.

Btw looking at the existing descriptions of the weapons, I see that these descriptions are at a preliminary stage. So if I am given the reservation, will I be able to make any considerable change in their description? I mean suppose the mace has three types in the existing description. Will I be able to increase or decrease a few kinds if I think that that will make the entry more scientific, meaningful and more consistent with santharia as a whole?? I mean am I allowed to write the entries, if necessary, in such a way as if the existing entries never existed??

Oni, when Seeker mentioned those three, he was speaking in general catagories, and within each catagory are a myriad of individual weapons to be created for any number of tribes and races.

I am pleased it is going well for you though Seeker ... can't wait to try it and die. :D
