So while in town I heard a strange tail about a rogue goblin that was apparently living in a cave in a nearby mountain chain. It was said that this creature lived alone and from time to time would be seen to come down usually to pillage for food or other goods. Sometimes he was known to even steal the little play things of children...toys.....games and such. This tale intrigued me so I went up to find this unique goblin. Sure enough I found him just outside his lair. When I came upon him he was singing and laughing and talking to his pet rabbit. However this was no rabbit I had ever seen before. It had antlers. Unfortunately as soon as the Goblin saw me he rushed into his cave. I decided it best not to follow and I returned to town confirming the siting to the townsfolk.

Comments welcome. However on this one I will defer to Grinch before I make any changes

aw ... how cute ...

his eyes, his pointed ears, his feet ... oh the rabbit is nice as well, but I think that picture of Grinch is cute. Makes me want to take him home with him and pet him and feed him and pet him and call him George.

Aura for you Seeker ... oh and I had better aura Grinch as well ... his post count might be close to his aura count.

But, it might be just me, but, everything from the waist down looks like it was turned around; facing the other way.

We have already been through a few drafts, so I'm really happy with the outcome.

The problem with the waist was worse in the initial drafts. I think it is very ok now for me. The only thing I noticed in all of the pictures is a white square on the left side of the sky.

Thank you for your time to give me a visual illustration, unfortunately I'm still not allowed to give out aura points but you will receive some posterior

Great pic, Seeker, and you made our Grinch indeed a very happy goblin

Guess it's time then that we replace the Forum portrait also with the new version! (And it's already in the Hall of Fame now!) - That's of course another aura +1 for you, Seeker - you're always there when needed! thumbup

Some small things: As Grinch already mentioned we have still a somewhat weird background there, I see also e.g. at the cave to the right that you can see some thick brush strokes. So I suggest to iron that out, maybe add a little texture here and there, but other than that it's a really lovely picture, which captures the Grinch's mischievous nature just perfectly.

And yeah, he wears his pants in a somewhat unusual way, but then again look how his two boots are pointing in opposite directions... lol

I wonder how exactly he walks, but that's just fine for me!

Plus Santharia's latest rabbit species is lovely as well! Could use a few more details, though, if we zoom in on it to put it in an entry, but great idea to have that little fellow sitting there! grin

Awe....I feel honored to have the Northern Horned Hare to be pictured. *gives a low bow* Thanks very much, Seeker.

My only comment is that the NHH stands just over 1 ped which is a little bit bigger than what it is pictured here. Although, perhaps Grinch is very tall, but I dunno. *shrugs* Just my little input.

One other comment is that on the left hand side in the sky there is a very square white block, which may be caused by a brush stroke, but not quite sure. It just looks...odd.

anywho, enough picking from me. +1 Aura!

Great work, Seeker, not only on the character, but also on the rabbit with the antlers, which will be a fun addition to our Bestiary once Kareesh can complete there entry! I'm looking forward to getting it!

Will now make a final version of the Grinch Forum pic as there were some slight changes in the head part as well as Grinch's sharp eye saw. And then another version he can use as Santhworld character. And eventually he should make it on the site in an entry as well hopefully
