Curgan wanted to know for his concept of Milkengrad how and when the utter destruction of Santhala should take place:

Hmmm... First of all: Santhala is a renamed town. It was renamed to Santhala during the reign of Santhros (therefore SANTH-ala). But the town existed already as an ancient metropolis - we only need a name for it. As Artimidor lives in New-Santhala Santhala must have been destroyed AFTER SANTHROS. So I suggest at... 700 a.S. I have some destruction in mind which doesn't originate from the outside (orcs, wars etc.) but from within. Most probable is that some sort of rift to another plane of Aér'aí'chán was opened in the midst of town by dark magicians. Sounds a bit too Feist-like, but it's just a first idea. If any of you has some proposals I'd love to hear them!

I myself would like to find an excuse and have milkengrad captured by enemies before Santhros, most preferably Orcs. But I can't add something so big, because how can M. be destroyed while nothing happens to the rest of Sarvonia? And I plan a fierce siege lasting for 3 months...
Any ideas somebody?
