Welcome to the first official teaser thread for the next Santhworld adventure....Treasure Shoals.  Already the story is coming along nicely and more than one person has contributed pictures and ideas.  This project is still in its infancy and will not see the light of day for quite some time, but a teaser can always be appreciated.  Here is what you find upon entering this adventure......enjoy.

At the Helm of the Ship
“Ahhh, it’s great to be alive” you say aloud as you steer at the helm of your new ship. The smell of the sea, the sound of the waves, the wind in your hair and nothing standing in your way but the horizon.  “This is living” you think to yourself.  
From your vantage point you can see the crew bustling about doing whatever a crew does to make a voyage possible.  In fact you are not sure what all those things are.  This is the first time you have been in command of a ship and you barely know how to steer at the helm.  Luckily your grandfather taught you a few things when you were younger and you seem to be getting by.  As you guide the ship you notice the wheel has some markings next to each of the seven spokes.  You wonder if you should know what those mean.  Putting aside these thoughts you decide to explore your new ship.

Oh, and I have the symbols figured out.  You see, if you steer into the symbols in the right order, you open up a magical hole in the water, like a wormhole or something in the ground, that you can travel through to a new land; almost like a...Seagate.  Yes, Seagate sounds right.  These magical wormholes were built by elves long ago called simply The Ancients.

How distinctly exciting! I shall commence my preparations at once!

*Rummages in his old sea chest in search of his rusty cutlass, stuffing his pockets with the pieces of silver he finds in the process*

Just finished preparing Chapter III of the Treasure Shoals - it's now ready for testing, Seeker and Grinch Hope you like how it turned out! 

Chapter IV of Seeker's Treasure Shoals is now prepared (aside from a few smaller details, which should be taken vare of soon). Should be checked soon by Seeker and Grinch... - I'll also see to put some screenshots up this time of the latest chapters on our Facebook page, in a few days or so. Of course we shouldn't try to spoil anything major, so we'll just put some things up to represent the general atmosphere

Anyway, great job with the story and the pictures, Seeker - I'm really curious what happens next in chapter V, it really gets very interesting now...

Now working again on Chapter 5 of the Shoals... Vacation days are a bit scarce these days, but I will hopefully get 7 days in a row still in April. So now I have till Monday for the Shoals, let's see how far I can get with preparing Chapter 5...

I had the honour and pleasure to test-play Chapter I-IV. All I can say is: finish Chapters V-VIII already, as I can't wait to continue this marvellous adventure and find out how it ends (after dying several times along the way, no doubt; fortunately I am not a cat and therefore not limited to nine lives).
