It appears that it was somehow tied in with Firefox.
I tried downloading that other software, and running that scan, but it had the same issues.
I then tried deleting browsing history and so forth in Firefox ... still the same issues.
In desperation I opened up Internet Explorer and I don't have those issues ... not a weird link thing anywhere ... so that might be what I need to do ... use internet explorer.
Hi, there seem to be various words that are double underlined and appear in blue ... these words then become links. I've noticed it in messages, some places in the hsout box and even in the 'Message Icon' Command when starting a new topic.
Does that possibly mean this forum has been hacked?
Also, when i was coming in here to mention about my busyness, I was asked to take time to answer a brief 30 second questionaire about santharia in order to win a gaming machine of some kind. Just thought you'd want to know.
Dek
Edit, when I checked this message again, I noticed that W I N and A N S W E R both become links (the blue and double underlining) and all the links are going to a slots site..
Those are people who live in that area and landmarks in that area though. Shouldn't they somehow be mentioned in there so that people at least have an idea that there is more in the area than the Kuglimz?
1 Go to Google Maps 2 Click on 'Get Directions' 3 Enter 'The Shire' next to A 4 Enter 'Mordor' next to B 5 Click the walk signal ... see the response you get ... I found that amusing.
I'd quite forgotten about this, sorry, and I had also forgotten what I was talking about as well at the time.
What I think I was proposing was that I include a summary/overview (with a link) of the Kuglimz belief page on the Kuglimz men page, so that if people went directly to the Kuglimz men page, they had an easy link to the beliefs page, rather than having to know of both, or indeed to go directly through the compendium.
Basically an attempt to make it easy for people to find information they are after.
Given the current work of Vesk and Ishmaelion with the trolls ... could the Gorba somehow be another tribe of trolls, or in some way be linked to them?
Maybe following the way things are done in Styrásh would be the way to go with TrullTrull as well? I would imagine that the different tribes of elves in Santharia would probably have different words for things ... but for the sake of the compendiumists, we have a version of Styrásh that a tribe of elves near the compendium speak and have the different tribes names and terms translated as though they are in that language. That might be a possible solution for TrullTrull words as well.
LANDS OF THE KUGLIMZ, THE The Kuglimz (lit. "Tribes") are a group of tribes that identify with each other due to historical and genealogical ties. Their heritage is a proud one, though not one that they know or associate with themselves, except in some distorted forms in their religion and myths. During the Great Sundering that occurred after the fall of Fá'áv'cál'âr the human armies split up and went their separate ways. The lands of the Kuglimz stretch from the Dark Sea in the west and follows along the Luquador River to the borders of the Injerín elves in the Shaded Forest. It is roughly 900 strals in length. The furthest south the tribes range is the northern bank of the outlet of the Luquador River into the Sea of Darkness. Their lands in the East end at the Mountains of Oro and the Liben River, where the orcish kingdoms are. There are two separate modes of life that the Kuglimz follow, either centralized around forts and towns, or nomadic: The centralized Kuglimz, known as Kuglimz'torik ("House Tribes") tend to live more in and around the hills of the Celeste Lowlands. The nomadic tribes, Kuglimz'ura ("Plain Tribes") follow their herds of wild horses, ulgaroths and sheep.

To the north of the Kuglimz lies the Prominent Mountains, home to the Kurakim dwarves and a tribe of Rat Brownies. Even further north of the Prominent Mountains is the massive Eight Winds Bay, Peninsula of Kru'ul, shadow lands and the Imlith Mountain. Eight Winds Bay is home to the Arthyron ("Blessed Sea") elves and also houses a settlement of Blue Druids. The Susilgerim ("Silent Dwarves") dwarves live in the Imlith Mountain and engage in struggles against the Rhom-oc orcs. Finally, the Mélad'rhím ("Grey Elves") are a nomadic gathering of elves from the Injerín and Arthyrón tribe that trek from the Kanapan lands to the Peninsula of Kr'uul.
Please discuss my changes before they get added. It is perhaps (definitely) too long for one thing.
Weather in Australia ... yep ... I can fill you in on that. Here in Australia it is almost through autumn and we have 6 days to go until winter. Winter down south does involve snow and skiing and so forth and so on. Here in Queensland it involves very cold nights and day time temperatures in the range of 12 - 19 or so. Here in Queensland we don't get snow. I think it should be illegal for it to get as cold as it does during our winters and for it not to snow. There is a couple of places in Queensland that it does snow a bit during our winter ... Toowoomba on top of the Great Dividing Range and in Stanthorpe in the middle of the Granite Belt Region on the Darling Downs. My maternal Grandma's family came from the Stanthorpe region, and I would love to go there and live ... I mean, they have vineyards out there that give free wine tastings, and the properties out there look so nice. Of course, it would depend on the ability to get a decent broadband signal for internet out of there for me.
But that's the current (and very brief) report on the state on the weather in Australia ... apart from to say ... it is raining here today and there have been lots of accidents on Brisbane roads.
Thanks for your reports on the behaviours of polar bears. They interest me greatly, not as much as snow, but they do interest me greatly
