How precisely do you plan to use the plants, Faceless07? Mention their names and parts of the description when you examine them, endowing them with the described properties?

I was actually hoping to use "whole plants", that is their description (or rather, modelling them since the world will be presented in a graphical client), how they grow and their effects. since my botanical experience and knowlege is  limited to say the least, the more I can use plants from here, the more time i can put into other aspects of the world.

however, of course, i wouldn't touch anything without your consent.  :)

Hello all, im working on a persistent world that will be build on the NWN2 game. While i've come quite a bit into the planning stage, a few details are missing such as flora. I saw that content could be used here as long as its not intended for profit. The PW im planning will encourage donations, to keep the server and development up (hey, im a broke student!), and the aim is to have 20% of the donations forwarded to a charity organisation.

Since im not a natural born lawyer, would this go against the copyrights of Santharia? and, would i have to notify *every* artist/ writer and gain their consent (I'd image there is a lot of plants here!) or would it suffice to link here?

Thank you in advance!

/Faceless
