So, I just copy a template and write about something? How do I find out if someone's already working on something (not yet in the Compendium)? The stickies that deal with this sort of thing are years old in most categories.
It is not my self, but my past that lies in shadows.
I don't foresee myself being as foolish here as I was RP side, where I tried (still trying!) to have my first character be a Raw Mage. I can probably come up with an entry or two before I run out of non-magical inspirations.
You may have noticed that I am checking and replying almost obsessively. I'm sure this will soon wear off, but enjoy it while you can.
Actually, I'm here because in the course of making my character, Rayne suggested I come help develop magic. I may well start with a simpler entry to get used to the system, though.
Hello, I've been registered on here for a little while now (haven't really posted anything), and I'm just getting around to my introduction. I'm also on the RP side under the same name, still working on my CD.
I think I m mostly interested in magic. I also may work on weapons, armor, etc. and any other non-abstract subject that seems lacking to me. (non-abstract meaning not languages, basically.)
I think that's it. I'm not much of an artist; I only ever do simple pencil sketches, and I don't play music. I'm just here for the writing and creativity!
You can (at least on Firefox) ctrl+scroll to zoom in. That fixes the emptiness problem, but it still is lower resolution. It depends on how much easier and improved the formatting could be. If it's just tiny little improvements, I'd say it's not worth the sacrifice. I use 1366x768.
It is a system that cannot be taught, because unlike other forms of magic that blossom from some explanatory seed, Raw Magic comes purely from desire’s influence. It is the magic of the Gifted, those individuals who have a natural inclination.
Would it be possible for a normal person to "become" Gifted from an emotional experience?
