Basic premise: Break all the connections to something, from magical to social to basic life. It's still technically existing, but without the ability to connect.... they aren't pretty critters. This is the nastiest trick up the average Ecua mage's sleeve. (note Level 8, tops for a Wizard.)
And here we go.

Spell Effect: This spell completely severs all the connections anything has to anything else. It affects a small, spherical area. Once unconnected, the target will gain several attributes. These include being colored the darkest shade of black imaginable, moving without sound, being able to walk through walls, floors, or even the Earth itself. However, the most terrifying of these is the ability to spread the Unbeing by touching something, which takes an immense effort to do; (In their unconnected state, connecting with anything even at such a basic physical level takes a massive effort) hence the common term for this spell: the Void Plague. Thankfully, after a time, the Unbeing overwhelms the target, and it becomes merely a globe of levitating black, called an Unsphere,  incapable of thought, movement, or anything but being reconnected over time, and turned back into its natural element.

Casting Procedure
The Wizard in question must be within 5 peds of the target area. They should then produce the elven finger bone, and point it at the target area's center. Then they should crush the dried Brownie eye, and place the resulting dust on the bone. After this, they should say the incantation, and the eyedust should turn to black flame. Then, a flick of the bone-wand should send this fire into the target area, where it will burn outwards, leaving a spherical area of lightless black things; the element of Air seems relatively unaffected by the spell, and will be roughly the same.

Magical Formula
Ecua Herín, or Cloud of Breaking.

Target
A spherical area, from 3 fores to 2 peds in radius,

Reagents
An elven finger bone for use as a wand; also one dried Brownie eye.

Magical School
Ecua magic.

Range
Startable from one up to 5 peds away.

Novitiate 1-3: Spell will fizzle; no result.
Initiate 4-6: Spell will catastrophically fizzle; the caster will become the target.
Magicitai 7-9: Area of effect 3 fores to 1 ped spherical.
Magus 10-12: Area of effect 3 fores to 2 peds spherical; cast time reduced by half.

Casting time
30 seconds rushed, 7 minutes advised. Rushed casting may result in a catastrophic fizzle.

Duration
The affected will revert to an Unsphere within two days of casting, and the Unsphere will take approximately a week to dissapate.

Ugh!
Disgusting!

I like it....no problem. Go ahead and use Brownie parts in evil spells.

May I suggest that you describe the effects of the spell in more detail?

Is workable, however, with some slight adjustments: "This spell completely severs all the connections anything has to anything else" is a bit too dramatic as the following description indicates that this is not the case. If you have no connection with anything else you won't even exist anymore, so I substituted this with "This spell completely severs most essential connections of the target".

Two more things would be interesting:
a) Counter measures - is it possible to undo the effect (probably with a level 8 Xeuá magic of the same kind I assume)
b) Purpose. Who would use such a spell and when with what intention?

Reconnection can be accellerated by any Xeua mage, but only a Xeua Wizard can instantly reconnect the things.
The purpose would be to eliminate something or one as a threat... I'm starting a Bestiary thread on the demons resulting.

Is it possible to use this spell for its movement advantage and is the target still able to use magic in his unbeing state?

Nope, unless they become an Undemon they have no minds but that of their caster; hence no magic. And in the case of a catastrophic fizzle, the first mage to come across the affected can take control of it.
An Undemon happens one out of 500 times the spell is cast; the sentient being affected retains its mind, but they permanently "snap".
Look at the Bestiary thing "Another in my series of demons." for more prototype stuffs.
