I have a summon elemtal spell in mind, however arti says i need an descrip for the elementals- so here we go

Elementals are, as the name implies, magical creatures consisting of one of the four elements (Wind, Water, Earth and Fire). They exist in the wild as the natural car’all of the elements, and can be summoned by a mage to serve him or her for a limited time. The elemental cannot exist in summoned form by itself, and reverts back to normal as soon as the mage lets it. (However it should be noted that sometimes elementals live in visible form near powerful magical artifacts, such as the Orb of Ximax, or if they are summoned to guard an artifact.) The elemental will not do anything without command form the mage; if no command is given it will stand still on the spot.

The form of the elemental varies greatly, as they appear as the mage thinks they look like. Usually they have humanoid form, and magical capabilities. The magical capabilities come handy in combat, and therefore elementals are used as guards for mages, as they cannot move too far away form the mage without dissolving. It is not easy to destroy an elemental, as most of them are immune to normal weapons. However they have weak spots dependant on the element. (It should be noted that all of the types can be destroyed by Ecua magic)

Below is a description of the four different types of elemental:

Air elemental:

Summoned from the element of wind, these creatures appear to be made of dense fog – they are not solid, but have the ability to float trough almost any tiny hole; this makes them excellent scouts. These elementals attack with bolts of lightning, and are the hardest to destroy. To destroy an Air elemental you have to use fire or air magic to vaporize or scatter the elemental; also the spell Fist of Thunder can destroy this elemental.

Water elemental:

These are made of water – they float around, and can also float trough holes; however they can dry out if they cannot get replenished the water making them. In combat they attack with bolts of ice, and can be destroyed by fire, wind or earth, because all you need to do is to cut it off form the water fuelling it. (If the elemental is near a river, run for your life)

Fire elemental:

Made of pure flame, these burn everything near them, and strike with rays of fire. This elemental dislikes cold greatly; water and earth magic can quench it. These elementals are the hardest to control for a mage, and can easily turn against the uncareful summoner.

Earth elemental:

Made of rock, sand and earth, these elementals do not attack with magic; instead, they use their immense strength to strike down their foes. To destroy one you have to use water or ecua – a skilled fire mage can melt such an elemental, but it is very hard to do. These elementals are often used as guards or melee fighters.

Um... This should be in the Beastiary, since it's a creature. And needs to follow those guidelines.

Erm... creature and creature, mr Tarq...... I define it as the natural car'all of the element, summoend to fit a form and serve the caster... so i think it belongs here....

Does it remain long? Because if it just remains for a short tiome, then it should be here. If it lasts forever until a death, then it goes in the bestiary. Tarq, elementals don't seem to me to belong in the bestiary. If not here, then in Misc.

Just reviewed the entry. I guess it would sort of fit as a creature. So I was wrong. But its still hard to place.

The only Santharian elemental I know of is Xarl's very own fireball SoKaa. He seems to have stayed for quite an excruciatingly long time, but he may just be a grandfathered in exception. I sugest beastiary but what do I know?
