Alright, I'll be the first to admit tossing firey death around to suit our various wizardly whims is fun as all hell. However, what happens when your roof is leaking, and all the peasants nearby are neat little piles of ash? For that reason, I now propose the induction of practical spells, useful around isolated hut and dark mansion alike. Hydro, Terra, Pyro, and Aerokinesis for a start, with outgrowths like Shape Air, (good for magical contact lenses) Fandalor's Finder's Glow, Form Earth, and Breathe Water.
Musing on...
Arquim's Magical Toungues, good for speaking in code for a minute or so.
Venora's Comprehension, good for understanding other languages for an hour or so.
Ethereal Form, not that easy to learn, unfortunately, but the ability to soar around as a being of pure thought is well worth the effort.
Infuse Will: A long, involved, dangerous, and hard-to-learn Mentalism enchantment that grants an otherwise will-less being with the rudiments of sentience. Two of the best known results of this spell are the Teaching Sword Or'Injera and the Eagle Blade Ael'vol.
Any thoughts?

Fall under Mentalism.

Sound good for the individual elements.

Sound Magic, maybe? Perhaps Memory magic, affecting the memory to know things you really don't for a limited time.

Air magic, it seems. Maybe Mentalism, a sort of Astral Projection.

Imbuing magic.

But again I'd like to say: We should probably hold off on more spells until we revise the spell classes.
