   Greetings! If you be one of those droll folk that would like to be acquainted by means of what I am called, then my name is Glimwym, Glimwym from the Dwobwick kinfolk that is.
   This grand library occupied of all the lore gathered regarding our world we have acquired thus far, has called to me. You see, I am a knowledge-gatherer. My life’s ambition is to gather all of the information that I can before my bones give in and I plummet to my grave.
   Let me bring to an end this mumbling and convey myself to the point: May I have your blessings and use my fervor for knowledge to join The Dream and seek and record what is in actuality behind bitter mountains and beneath deep cerulean seas?

Seems we've got quite an eloquent gnome here, so nice to meet you! Gnomes are still a bit rare here in Santharia, though only recently with Nolan's Brewery and his svaq invention we get to hear more from them. And I hope of course that you can help with more gnome stuff, Glimwym, I'd be delighted to hear more from your folks ;)

We don't want to push you to do more gnome stuff, but if you like them (as I do) you can make some entries about them. In any case you can look at the newbies section in the top right corner of the forum, and the best advice I can give you is to read, read and read first and then start an entry. Anyways, welcome to the Dream and I hope we will see each other more often here!

   I deeply show appreciation for each and every one of you for your sanctions. You folks make me reflect you as my second kin already. I can already perceive that I am going to fit able-bodied in here moderately flawless.
   I would be delighted to edify you folks concerning my race. It looks as if to me that a good number of folks in this world have on no account even heard of a gnome. Furthermore the folks that have heard of my people give the impression of having a concept that we are a sort of the Thergerim. I plan to amend all of this.
   I might as well notify you regarding myself. The majority of gnomes are alchemists, changing the balance of the four elements as a hobby, but I have a dissimilar pastime. As an alternative to playing with chemicals, I play with syllables, verbs, nouns, and everything else having to do with reading and writing.
   As a conclusion, writing stories will be my function here in the library. A quantity of which will be a few of my gnomish tales passed down to me by my parents. Others will be of legends and myths of the unknown. Also, you may count on fairy tales and just anything else I feel like writing about that day. Oh, and as I said before, I will educate you folks about my heritage.

Files have been replaced again, but the question remains how long this will last. SMF support will have a look at the security problem.

It has been hacked. The third time in 3 days. I need to replace the changed files again (won't happen before evening) - and then see what the SMF support recommends as a strategy.
