Yep...  My best guess would be / oo-(ee)-yoo-JAH-pah /, with the / ee / being almost subliminal, but you'd have to confer with whomever created it, as Mira said.

My guess would be the same as Quaélh's, I think. /.ui.ju.ʤa.pa./ or, reflecting the double-p, /.ui.ju.ʤap.pa./. To be honest, though /.u.ju.ʤa(p).pa./ is more likely unless uiyu- represents a geminate glide: /.uj.ju./

As Miraren said, the creator of the word would be able to give you the right answer.
