So far I've encountered:

Lu'Weilima--is the greatest of all Kuglim towns and is said to have been named after one of the three daughters of the Vir'tog Helvet. It can be found in the Celeste Lowlands of Northern Sarvonia in the land controlled by the Helvet'ine Kuglim ("Brave Helvet's Tribe"), perched upon the middle hill of a range of three hills known as Beinaz'mur or Three Sisters
EDIT:  Location has been determined on map.

The next three are Injerin elf cities.

O'kroi'parda'ael

Avá’ewelín

Lyeil'soula


None of these appear on the map.  I'll keep looking for others, please let me know if you find any.

I'd like to add the main Kaaer'dar'shin colony of Torik as an unmapped settlement. It is located along the northeastern border of the Themed'lon forest.
