PS: And don't feel bad if you're finding it difficult. As far as I know, no-one has yet solved the drawer puzzle without help. I'm wondering whether I should change it to make it easier, actually.

Unfortunately, we have no Walkthrough for that part yet. If you want the solution by PM, just let me know. :)

You could PM Shabakuk and me the translations you've come up with and we'll see where your problem lies...

Arti: Elron has solved the puzzle, with just a tiny extra hint from me.

On Youtube I would say, thumbs up if you mark every content of a post with your mouse, just to see if there is a hidden text.  grin

Hi Elron,

You need to go to the Northern part of the swamp, and walk the path that was previously inaccessible to you because of the bee swarms. Once there, you will come across a new kind of obstacle - you'll see - and Jeremy will then have a hunch about what to do and indicate the direction you need to go next. There's no direct path in that direction - you need to wriggle your way through, and then you'll find what you're looking for. In any case, it's only a short path from the place where Jeremy has his hunch to the place where the solution lies - less than twelve steps, I think, if you take the shortest route.

Good luck!

Well done Deklitch.

I'm interested if you found the parchment on the skeleton and read about the poem and talked with Jeremy about the story of the ring. Or how was your approach.

I did all of that.

I searched everything in that room ... I found the poem, read it, talked to Jeremy, pondered, realised that the ring did something or other, and then I experimented FOR SCIENCE (as we used to say in the MUD I was addicted to for a long time). I picked up one thing, examined it, put it on etc, big stoney was still unmoving, so then I tried the next thing, and the next thing and the next thing and the next thing etc and so forth. Until I got the message that big stoney had animated. I also checked on my health before entering his screen ... I was down to under half of his health and so renewed that totally. I made sure that Jeremy was stocked up on carall and used him to burning regenerate me, and on the turn he was attacked, him as well. I equipped the tesubar for that fight.

I almost died after putting the final blow against Big Stoney ... but got through it with about 50hps remaining. A bit TOO close for my liking, but still it was successful. I used deep wound and opportunity against him when I could, and also made good use of burning regeneration, and the defensive skill.

He was by far and away my favourite fight so far ... mostly because I thought through a strategy and used it, after initially just going in all gung ho and dying very quickly. Oh, and in another screen I died by asking too many questions ... as they say, curiousity killed the Dek. :)

It was a favorite of me to, because it seems so impossible (my advice text read: What do you want your tombstone to say?rofl) u used jeremy the same way I did, but your choice of weopens was different, I used the khrumn scimitar and a secondary weopen, it was the rings activatable itself that saved me!

I died so many times by asking questions I wont say how many (for the sake science :grin) anyway nice to discuss it with you.

I jst finished nepris module, one word comes to mind... WOW! shocked

[Edit Artimidor: As it contains a major spoiler, I've hidden the following line. Only becomes visible if you mark it.]
I didn't expect the end at all, that explains why the undertaker didn't want me checking his house out.

Have you guys thought about another segment I'd play it in a heartbeat. grin

Yes, I can confirm that, congratulations Elron  grin

There will definitely be a third and last part. But there is no plan on when that will be exactly right now. Nepris was very time consuming and the last part won't be any less in that regard.

I see the board has been deactivated. Lets hope for a quick solution!

Files have been replaced again, but the question remains how long this will last. SMF support will have a look at the security problem.

It has been hacked. The third time in 3 days. I need to replace the changed files again (won't happen before evening) - and then see what the SMF support recommends as a strategy.

Arti, could you maybe take a look at the RPG board? I got a message from my anti-virus program and now I can't access the column on the right with the list of current threads and the shoutbox. Thankies :)
