One more point before wrapping this thread up and moving onto the next thing on my itinerary.
The Santerrans are rather devout and believe in conversion by force (I assume) and assuming that the R'unorians inherit this trait, relations between Aca-Santerra and R'unor would seem to be cordial, at best and verging on war at worst?

I propose at some point, Aca-Santerra and R'unor would go to war. The motivations of course could be anything from religion to economics of course.

I doubt that, even in the best of circumstances, the relationship between R'unor and Aca Santerra would be cordial. The Santerrans pretty much don't get along with anyone (they are lukewarm towards Korweyn as they share a border - but do have naval battles from time to time. Though you might want to check that with Koldar; I'm not 100% sure). I think R'unorians might be Public Enemy #1 (followed by the Gondolwenmith) - their heresy is much worse since they not only worship "false gods" but are Santerrans worshipping "false gods".

Also, perhaps you could take a look at the Gondolwenmith? Since Aca-Santerra, Anpagan, Gondolwain and R'unor are the major naval players, we eventually need to sketch the relations/history between them. :)

It might be useful to have some sort of diagram at some point if it carries on like this:

Santerrans-R'unorians: each think that the other are a bunch of godless heretics.

Gondolwenmith-R'unorians: The former finds the latter to be over-bearing, condescending and proud, the latter finds the former to be an upstart and a rabble-rouser. Either would be happy to see the other go to war with Aca-Santerra though.

Gondolwain-R'unor: They also compete over the grain produce of Loreney. I'll have to read the Gondolwain entry again - I can't remember if I said anything else about the history.

Indeed, the Gondolwenmith are the great law makers and enforcers of North Nybelmar – and many traders opt to have their transactions governed by Gondolith law and courts. Much to the dismay of Aca Santerra, the Gondolwain have unified – that is: strong-armed – most North Nybelmarian nations under a single maritime regime, presiding over matters such as sunken ships, spoils of war and territorial disputes. In fact, the Gondolwenith often use infringements of this “Law of the Seas”, which R’unor and Aca Santerra do not recognise, as an excuse to initiate strategic strikes against the two states. It is for the same reason that other, smaller nations have adopted the Gondolith code: to have a “big brother”, if one would excuse the expression, to which they can turn should R’unor or Aca Santerra invade their shores or capture their vessels.

Quote
The major import of this tribe are grains and corns from Loreney, which are not grown in Gondol as the only area suitable for farming is devoted to cotton-growing. Well-aware that this dependence on trade for the staple of their diet is their main weakness, the Gondolwenmith are exceptionally proactive when it comes to securing their food supply - often pre-empting Runor and Aca Santerra for control of the continent’s “granary states”. Of course, as a thriving economy, various luxury imports are in constant demand as well.

That's the only references to R'unor in the entry as it is on the dev board.

It's been uploaded - but I think that's pretty much the same as the forum version.

The Anapagans and the R'unorians probably wouldn't be friends either. The R'unorians have the ports which are furthest to the east and and don't want the Anapagans to have the advantage of reaching the Sarvonian markets through the Crimson Isles.
