Idea for a new (minor) race: Snotlings.
Snotlings are a minor orc race (everyone who has played Warhammer Fantasy Battles with or against the Orc & Goblin team knows about them). They are not as strong, big and smart as the Orcs.
They are about on foot tall.

Would be a possibility, but I would suggest to develop races which are maybe similar to existing ones, but have an identity and a name of their own. However, we need detailed descriptions of races when adding them to our races section!

hmmmm........this would be more a subtype than a race then?
Brownies would be annoyed by their very existance :)

P.S. What is a Talambathian Omer Shaion?

Good question. Something very important, oh mighty Omer Shaion, that's for sure. In the Compendium entry on Truban is written:

"The Trubani have little contact with the federal government, and the policy is regulated by a council of OMER'SHAION, the TYJONA, in Talambath. The Omer'shaion are often seen by outsiders as the priests of the Trubani, but they represent the mind, whereas priests represent the instinct of the human body, as they themselves would say. The Omer'shaion are indeed purely rational and despise emotions and instincts. They act as judges and counselors, some even in cities as far away as MARCOGG."

Lamertu should know more details... - How about a Compedium entry?
