Hello! I am new to this website and I would love to contribute! But I need an answer before I can contribute, can anyone post lore entries or anything that would add to the world, or do you have to make a huge account application?

Well, you don't need to make a "huge account application", basically you should register at the Dev Forum and post in the Joining Request section. Maybe put an idea or two you have already and we then can discuss there where you might fit in and how to progress from there etc.
