The
"Mène'teká" (Styrásh, lit. "Tales following Paradise") is - together with
the "Cárpa'dosía" (the "Book of the Beginnings") one of the key books of
elven mythology and belief in the Aviará, the Twelve Gods dreamed by the
High Goddess Avá. The Mène'teká contains the tales of the beginnings of
the elven civilization dominating over Caelereth, telling us of the rise
and fall of the Empire of Fá'áv'cál'âr, and the development of the elves
thereafter - the wars, the prophecies, the deep mysteries, the sacrificies
and heroic deeds of this withdrawn race, long-lasting, but often barely
understood.
