The
commonly known collection of tales in Santharian lands titled "Stories of
Yearturn" has gathered all kinds of myths, legends, folktales and poems
dealing with one of the most celebrated natural events, the Yearturn.
Yearturn takes place on the last day of Frozen Rivers, the day when the
Injčrá turns from its course away from Caelereth and starts to move closer
to the world again, bringing warmth back to its peoples. The Yearturn
feast is celebrated in honour of Foiros the Sun-god who lets his light
return. During the day of the feast and often also before and after the
celebration day itself lots of stories are told dealing with this event,
and every tribe and race has its own customs honouring the Injčrá.
