THE SANTHARIAN PRINCESS LADY SHIANA

The Santharian Princess Lady Shiana

Image description.

When one looks at this picture, one can see the sorrow about her loss in her sad and dreamy eyes, her gaze seems to be lost in a distant place and time. Her overall expression is that of somebody who has a big burden to carry - and is willing to do so, despite the hope for a bright future has died not long ago. In this painting Lady Shiana looks very young and vulnerable, but the first hints of the inner strength she will show later are already visible. The bird in her hands shows a characteristic of her healing abilities, the light aura which seems to engulf those who experience her helping hands. Picture drawn by Sir KayrŻun Khim, royal court painter.
