Really though, I didn't have a particularly interesting childhood. I have two parents (who are somehow still together in this age of divorces), a younger brother, and an older sister. Between living out in the middle of nowhere and mostly just keeping to my depressing self, I didn't accomplish much. I learned how to draw (horribly back then, but thank God that's improved), and did a bit of video games, but not much else. I started roleplaying (shortly before Santharia) around when I was 10 or so, though in reality I had been doing it much earlier, since I used to play pretend with my brother and came up with all sorts of stories for my various toys and stuffed animals.

I got introduced to online roleplaying though during those old 'golden years' (gosh that makes me sound old). Those were the days of the 56k modem instead of broadband, so most people spent their online time writing instead of playing all these new online games and MMOs (which have also consumed me. Sad face). Santharia was about my third or fourth online world, and I've been here ever since, first on the RP board around January 2002, then the developer side in the summer of the same year. Albeit I haven't been as active as I should have been for the past couple of years, but I keep coming back and, thankfully, Santharia has always been there to keep welcoming me back.

Since then I've dabbled in a few areas, but mainly I've been working on magic. I remember the transition from the old magic system to the new, much more complicated magic system. That process is actually still on-going. Oh the frustration to all involved! Sometimes even I can't make heads or tails of it.
