Pictures included in this week's update

Update Statement. This time we've made sure that practically every section has something new to offer. Highlights of this update include an entry on the Evil Ear Superstition (Shabakuk) covering Santharian lore, the Brownies introduce us to the Four Flowers Game (Rookie), the Imp Creature got revised completely (Azhira) and the hobbits tell us more about the Sweet Bean Plant (Jenna). Brand new pictures await at the Tear Frost Flower entry (Seeker), the Goddess Seyella is now represented in colour (Seeker as well) and we finally get to see the Goutonch School for Ladies (Bard Judith). If you're looking for Wallpapers we've also got a bunch this time, so head straight into the Downloads section (Talia). Worth a look are furthermore the corrupted Mindsmoothers, the so-called Mindmeddlers (Eldor), the Coronoal of Thromgolin (Deklitch), the Antislar Fire Blade artifact (Altario) and the "Sorceress' Peak" story (Irid). Oh, and there's a new quiz to check out in the Santhworld Trivia section, dealing with hobbíts (Aaron). Phew, and these are just a part of it all!

Coming Up. This week's update marks the last one for the year and we're heading into Christmas holidays soon, which will offer more time to make considerable progress with the Santhworld Nepris game, Part II. Also about to be finished is the enigmatic tale by Monsonius titled "The Journey". Drakes and Dragons are about to be reorganized in the near future, another attempt is made on the Ximaxian Academy, and some more weapons are being done as well. At any rate: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance!

Update Statement. While approval process on entries is slow these days and work on the next Santhworld addition (The Mysteries of Nepris, Part II) is in full swing, we've still got at least a reduced update this week for you. Basically we feature a handful of Seeker's pictures this time, some of them you'll find in the mentioned module addition as well. So check out the Krumhorn Beast, the Tei'hái Demon or the Baych Tree, the latter having pictures of the Baych Swamps and the Baych Grove of Nepris to offer (all pics Seeker). Musical diversification comes from a new love song sung by Alysse, "Bring Me News from My Beloved One". Plus we also have an entirely new concept - the Patron of Magic, Anilya the Everbright. Enjoy!

Update Statement. Darkness spreads over Northern Sarvonia... Well, if you don't mind and actually like to have a bit of a more dangerous or even horrid type of fantasy, then you better check out the Shadespell Gorge or the Netherbeast Monster (Azhira). Or have a look at the Mists of Osthemangar again, as the entry was further updated and now illustrated (Seeker). Plus Exmortis gets his very first entry up describing a deadly fungus up north as well, the Daoles - congrats on the first contribution! Fascinating myths and dreams on the other hand can be found in the Nohopuku lore (Seth), which is another take on the hivelings, or have a look at the Ugling creature (Shabakuk). Other highlights are illustrations of the Manthrian poet Monsonius (Bard Judith) and the Cavernfire Bush (Seeker), and if you like tales we've got two short ones for you: "Fiddles on the Fall", a ghost story by Valan and "The Wise Man and the Widows" by Jenna. - Oh, and do you like games? Then we have the Gossiper Bird Song Game (Deklitch) for you and Ximaxian Specerat, a card game (Lionhorse). All this and further beasts, plants and spells make quite a thorough update, I'd say, which we hope you'll all enjoy!

Coming Up. Question: What have an illustration of Seyella, a picture of a Krumhorn Beast and one of Sungems in common? - Yep, they're all in the making! Just like Blackbeetle Paint, the Disks Game, an entry on the Port City of Elsreth, Mount Evermourn and the Scepteres of Tarshiin over there in Nybelmar. As are the Daylong Flower, the Xaul Monster or the Drakelet... - Let's see what of those yummy things the next update will bring!

Update Statement. Not only a load of illustrations awaits at this week's update, but also a fascinating folk tale, interactive content and key entries in the Places and the People section to name just a few things. If you're looking for pictures, check out the Kaimun, Dove ("Coa-Coa Bird") or Ice Tree entries for instance in the Bestiary and Herbarium sections, a Khrumm Scimitar was added to our weapons. We also got a White Knight tending to his wounds and the Domovidge Manikins were sighted, at least by an artist. And finally we've got the Mists of Osthemangar which features another eerie beast, the Spine Wyrm, and the frosty Tombs of Gourdynn might send a shiver down your spine if visited late at night. If you love mysterious folk tales, then go straight into "The City of Masks" written by Elendilwyn, and if you want to test your Santharian knowledge on things that aren't any less spooky, then try the "Loremistress Hildula Hauntwell's Exceedingly Eerie Quiz of Spooks and Myths". Entry-wise we have highlights like the already mentioned Mists and the Injerín Druid sect of the Lost Ones to offer (both Azhira). Add to that more beasts and plants, among them a deadly frog and Nokeh's first entry, the Jerrahn Crested Horse (congratulations!), and you've got yourself quite an update that should make every Santharian proud!

Coming Up.
So what's ahead? Well, Chronusian works on an important entry, namely the Capital of the Enthronian province of Santharia, Elsreth. Then a vicous liquid, which is actually a Brownie mixture, is brewing - not to be mixed up with Juk'lan Tea, which is also coming up. The Daoles fungus should make it to the next update as well, and finally the Mask of the Tree artifact was discovered somewhere on the Miscellaneous Board. Just to name a few things... - I'm sure there will be plenty more. So see you again next update!

We start the brand new book with a folk tale from Nyemersys, the "City of Death", a 6 pages long story called "The City of Masks" (Elendilwyn)
 Misc. Updated entry on the Khrumm Scimitar, adding illustration of this deadly orcish battlesword. The picture was also added to Hand-and-Half Swords Overview (pic Seeker)
 People Added entry on the Injerín Druid Sect of the Lost Ones, a group of powerful and influential elves that abandoned the main tribe ages ago and had a great influence to the half-orcs known as the Kaaer’dár’shín. Also added was the Time Table of the Lost Ones in the History section (Azhira)
Updated entry on the Order of White Knights, adding illustration of a member of this organization (pic Bard Judith)
 Places Updated entry on the Mists of Osthemangar, an area in Northern Sarvonia, full of vaporous mist, thick and foreboding, that engulfs a large portion of the peninsula of Caaehl'heroth.  Website Updated the Santhworld program to version V 3.3, adding the possibility to save multiple savegame per module. Also added was support of an autosave feature will be effectively in use with coming content updates. Several smaller bugfixes and improvements were also implemented in this version, paving the way for further major code additions to come (Grinch)
Added a 10 questions Trivia Quiz titled
"Loremistress Hildula Hauntwell's Exceedingly Eerie Quiz of Spooks and Myths" to the Santhworld project, where you can test your knowledge about Santharian lore, especially regarding treacherous monsters. To access the Trivia quizzes, enter via GOTO TRIVIA, then select the Hildula's quiz from the newly added Myths section (questions and answers Shabakuk, new pics by Sheil and Quellion, music by Vladeptus)
