Please always check this thread before posting, as the current time, day of the week and weather will affect where certain NPCs can or can not be found, and whether certain events do or do not happen, for example the weekly market only gathers in the village square every 2nd and 4th day of the week, and if there's an important person you need to search for in the weekly market, chances are you probably won't find him/her if it's the 1st day of the week 
Details of the time divisions:
1 bells - 6 bells >> Sunrise
6 bells - 9 bells >> Morning
9 bells - 12 bells >> Late Morning/ Early Noon
12 bells - 15 bells >> Late Afternoon
15 bells - 18 bells >> Sunset/Evening
18 bells - 25 bells >> Night
