Urimpaar is found about 50 Strals south of the city of Remusiat, near the foothills of the Gathorn Mountains. It sits on the Frozen Wastes of Remusia. There are no roads linking this estate with any village or towns, as there are none close to there, other than the occasional nomadic camp, but they are rare. To reach Urimpaar, it is a long and treacherous overland journey, which will take no less than three days by horse back, or up to a week, if on foot. Very little can be found in way of shelter or supplies along the way.
Foraste owns a modest home in the Erpheronian style where he lives alone. The house's middle area has been covered over with dirt to form a hill over the roof, this gives warmth and protection during the wet winter months. The house has one floor and two nearby buildings a single hut nearby where food can be prepared away from the house; and a cluster of pens with the larger specimens Foraste brings back for further study
Ohénmár Celeste sat under a tree thinking. "I want a a house in the trees somewhere, just under the roof of the trees." With a garden up above in the sunlight. Near a stream for fresh water. At first she thought about having it in the Quallan forest, where her father was supposed to be, but decided against it. She hadn't seen any sign of him there, he might be somewhere else entirely. She needed a place near the middle of Santharia. She also thought it should be near the center of the forest, so it would be equal distance from anywhere. But she didn't want to travel alone in the forest at night. So she took out her maps and started looking. Then she saw it. "Perfect!" She thought. The Thaelon forest had a path running through it, so she could be both at the edge and in the center. She would make her house at the northwestern part of the Thaelon forest, also known as Aelle'lón.
Near the main market place of Carmalad, capital of the Enthronia Province in South Sarvonia, one will spot many colourful wood huts. One of them is stained bright styruine, and has a smallish extension to the hut – some may call it a wing. That is the home of Lia Diti, Carmaladian cloth dyer.
It is a single story dwelling, with a plain, unassuming, hue of Tan Brown. Altogether, however, the property is anything but unassuming, rather more easily characterized as eclectic, humorous, and summarily puzzling.
The building is located close to the marketplace in the city of Bardavos. It is an old 3 storey building mostly of brick and stone and it bears the mark time passing. The parts of the building that are made of wood are new constructions. In the yard there is a large green area with weapon racks filled with wooden replicas and other instruments belonging on a military training ground. Azalahn and his old mercenary buds often spend their free time here.
The Manticore’s Herbarium is a slightly cramped two story building on the eastern side of the city of Barvados. A small plaque with a manticore painted on it is the only thing that separates it from any of the other buildings surrounding it. As one gets closer however, pungent aromas can be smelt wafting in between the cracks of the front door. The building also appears to be constructed entirely from coastal redwood, possibly shipped from the neighboring Sharadon forest.
Nestled in the shadow of Mount Maccom, Three Arcs Keep was a once-bustling industrial fort, easily defensible and a bastion of hope during the Southern Wars, never falling to the fury of the Thairians. Since that time it has fallen to ruin, no more than a sad and dejected-looking vestige of better times. Decrepit buildings lay strewn from the base of the mountain to the tired and crumbling walls of the keep proper, carved partially into the very knees of Maccom, and now the only habitable architecture for strals. Today, those who have ventured deep enough into the desolation of the Tolonian Heath to even find the castle know of it as a haunted place, either by the spirits of those who died in the folly of assaulting it, or by the mortals who have gone to great lengths not to be found. The years have seen a great many transients, vagabonds, criminals and otherwise unwanted peoples die at each other's hands in an attempt to secure this choicest of hiding places. And now, with the blessings of the Graven of Greywold, who employed them to purge the keep of a band of rebels, the brothers Mallister reside, while far-away civilization remains mostly oblivious.
Black Butterfly Rover Camps are the ultimate word in mobile homes! That is because the Rovers literally take their homes with them as they move around Southern Sarvonia. The Rovers that Deklitch Hardin is attached to frequents the northern provinces of Santharia, as far south as Manthria. The usual practice of the Black Butterfly Rovers is to find an area close to the city which they are visiting, that has enough space for their wagons, a communal fireplace, an area for their horses to graze, an area for them to ply their crafts and perform and perhaps a stream for the natural beauty and cleaning/recreational uses such a resource would provide.
Deklitch's home is on the Northern part of the continent of Sarvonia in the Arthyrónian port city of Silven on the eastern shore of the Peninsular of Kr'uul. This settlement is on the western shore of Eight Winds Bay. It is a small house, built in the style of the Arthyrón elves, out of mudbrick and stone and situated on the cliffs that overlook the city and the waters of Eight Winds Bay. South along the shore, is the smaller Arthyrón settlement of Adlin. It would take two - three days travel by foot to reach Deklitch's home from Adlin.
The Regal Rusik
The Regal Rusik is a non-descript tavern-inn in Nyermersys. It's one of the more popular locations in the city, thanks to its good food and relatively cheap accommodations. Ryldor spends most of his time there drinking and flirting.
