Alright. I added the names of some of the Freedom Hawk members to the NPC section. I'll have to work on descriptions and everything else later. The moment this thread hits 13 pages, i'm making a new one and closing this one.

I went to my Control Center, to Account Preferences and set my
Number of Replies per Page to 100.  

When I look at the OOC thread now, I only see 3 pages.  I suggest everyone do this... it makes reading the threads a lot easier.

Deren's post is not confusing at all.  If Deren bothered reading everyone's posts, he'd know that we were all up in Severine's room and not sitting in the inn's common room.  

Apparently he did not bother to read all prior posts.  this is my pet peeve, I think everyone should read all the posts before posting for their PC.  Not optional, guys.

To Deren: I am going to delete your post since it is completely out of context at this point in the story.  Please read the  entire thread and post accordingly.

For instance, Deren could have been the man that Phiona just spotted looking up at her window (and was gone when Seveine looked out).

Also, it would be nice if you wrote a little background info (internal dialog, memory, etc.) on how and why your PC is in this village.  As I recall, this PC is the one that is currently a part of the village guard (that we talked about in the Joining thread), and Severine should contact you soon regarding info that only your PC would know.

Just a reminder that this village is not big enough to have a marketplace (And even if there were one, it would be deserted).  

Also, there is only one general store, which Phiona had already been to.  If anyone is going there, please go back and read my posts regarding the store and its occupant.  In addition to the inn (stables are part of the inn), there are maybe four or five buildings (a church/hall, the general store, Sheren's only official building/jailhouse/courthouse, a small restaurant/brewery/bakery, and one other that I'll leave up to you guys to make up), that make up the center of the village, set in a semi-circle around a wide open space (Sheren's village square).


Outlying businesses that are still within the wall are a few farms, a smithy (blacksmith), maybe a small mill and another stables.

Also remember that the only villagers seen will be women and children, with any boys older that, say, 12 years of age absent.

Splitting up was a good idea.  A lot of dialog can happen now, and the PCs can talk about their pasts.

Wow! I must say I love the way things are turning up with the split up. Characters are now showing more personality (even though there was already a lot of personality to each person), and things are heating up a bit. I'm going to slow down the story a bit so that each character has more time to show off who they are and stuff. So take the time you need to do what u want to in this part of the chapter.

And thanks for making this a great story thus far!
