Yes, I did the same. I belive you would have to put "Archer" or something along those lines, though.

You somehow mention the Ashz-Oc and then the Shivering Woods again. Ashz-Oc do not wander south of the Tandalas for other reasons than for war and even then Gob-Oc and Losh-Oc are more common.

I do not know much about the Volkek Oshra, how they're integrated in Ximax and such but generally about Orcs you have to keep in mind that none outside such "neutral" places likes Orcs for obvious reasons.
Otherwise Santharia is one kingdom and while racial disputes must have a high potential to escalate here I'm not sure you just can reduce it to war.

I would thus either reduce the "war-elements" in his history or really move him to territories where Free Orcs strive and thus fight against Santharia.
According to his personality Gob-Oc or Ashz-Oc would work best though Ashz-Oc live north of the Tandalas and are more likely involved in fightings with the other tribes tehre in the north.

Otherwise I think everything in your char desc is working.

What do you mean by "War Elements". Do you mean Erutans personaltity or did you mean in his history?

mainly the raid on his village. That would be a severe breach of peace in the region. I'm not sure if racial resentiments would escalate this openly in the Santharian kingdom. As said when the elves would march against free Orcs this would be probable but not against someone accepted and protected in the kingdom...

I read it, and it's good. But your first paragraph is more of my story than yours, so I rewrote it for you. Enjoy.

Erutan was born in Ximax. At the age of three, his mother abandoned him and his twin brother, Lurtz. They were playing in the dirt for a while waiting for their father to finish what he was doing. Lurtz then decided to get up and wander off, leaving Erutan there alone. Moments later their father came back and saw Erutan playing in the dirt alone. He swept up the young Erutan and scoured the city searching for the young Lurtz. But, Lurtz had been taken by mistake by an old man visiting from the Ashz-Oc tribe. After hours of search their father had finally given up and returned home, his son Lurtz lost forever.

Hope it works for you.
