Lucirina sighs as she suppose she was wrong, maybe the troll wasn't Radaroc after all..
She shrugged and looked over at all the decorations... so there was going to be a party... that was always interesting.
A small smile grazed the lips of the elf as her hand moved to caress the silver flute hanging from her belt... Maybe she would be able to ear some coins tonight.. and there seemed to be plenty of food and drink for the guests.

Waiting for something else to happen she walked over to the tendress, speaking in her soft and singsong voice.

"One was wonder if it would be possible to get a mug of ale, the desert winds has dried Ones throat quite much."

She smiled at the maid while tilting her head to the side, letting the long chesnut locks tumble down her shoulder

Radaroc gave a slight start and looked over to and elf who had just recently walked in.  He recognized her speech, that way of speaking in third person and calling herself "One".  Then it all clicked.  He moved over and gently tapped her on the shoulder.

"Well, gods-be-praised, Lucirina.  What brings you to the Herald?

"Ok!  Who's talking...what?  Oh, hello down there."

Distracted from the odd sight of the small dwarf acting so carelessly to the troll, Ceridwen turned to face to bard.

"It will be three coppers a mug," she told Lucirina. After pocketing the offered coins, the innkeeper went to fill up one of the mugs.

They were kept under the bar table for easy access, a fact that made the serving process much smoother. Ceridwen leaned over the counter and flipped a cup onto the counter.  The barrel that contained the ale--one of the plainer drinks the inn offered--was set atop the counter as well, and Ceridwen released the hidden switch that controlled the ale output (a protection against customers who wanted more than they paid for. The mug filled quickly and Ceridwen returned to the woman.

"Here you are," she said, handing the cup over. "Enjoy yourself."

Lucirina thanked Cerdiwen as she recived the mug of ale, she was just about to take a first sip when she heard a thunderous voice as a heavy hand landed on her shoulder.
The female elf turned around, her lips curving in a joy filled smile as she spotted the troll, so she hadn’t been wrong after all.

“Ah.. Radaroc! One is so happy to see you again!
It has been quite a time since we last met.”

And without saying more the small elf moved closer to actually give the large troll a short hug.

“Well.. One was feeling like wander the paths leading here once more... besides... One has heard rumours about a celebration and One was wondering if One could earn some money here.”

She stepped back and winked at Radaroc.. it seemed she had once more recuperated her smile and her joy for life.

Ana'Mirl finishes the last task, the head of the kitchen had given her and looks for something else to do. The idea for some sweets crooses her mind and she looks into the shelves, if all ingredients are there she needs: Yes, there were breddflour, taenish eggs, milch, fragans spice, cinna, foridite, baychnuts, dried waterberries and milchbutter. Great! This kitchen is well equipped!
And with the yes of the kitchenhead, Ana starts to make Thyslan spice cakes for the party, the sweet panecakes  her guests in the Seagate like so much.

As a light breeze blew south, the dust cloud faded, revealing a rather dangerous looking fellow. He had long hair to his shoulders and a worried look within his eyes. His armor, covered with sand, sparkled and flowed with a bright white aura. As he began walking to the door of the Inn he noticed that many people had already arrived.

Each step he took could be heard from a mile away. *Clank, clunk, clank, clunk* His armor was very noisy. He didn't want to seem too armed, or even a threat, so he hid his sword in the shrouded cape he had.

Music could be heard faintly, voices, conversations were soon upon his ears. He smirked faintly and said to himself, "Let's hope they're friendly." He continued his march up to the Inn and had finally arrived at the door.....

Peace is a lie, only passion

through passion, I gain strength

within strength, power is revealed

through power, I gain victory

with victory, my chains are broken.

Hatred shall free me

Tint Quickblade opens the door to Visildur, with a frown.

"Oh thank god i thought a regiment of orcs were headed this way, i suppose its just your armor though. Please some of us people in Caelereth are trying to get some sleep."

Rubbing his eyes he patted Visildur's back gave him a grin .

Fredrick looked around. Realising he was being ignored he raised his hand for attention.

When what you believe is a silly old man sitting down to tell you his tale it would be best to listen for you may learn something about yourself in his story.

Several pancakes are ready to serve, but there is nobody here in the kitchen to serve them. Ana‘Mirl looks out of the kitchen in the guest room and sees Ceridwen busy at the bar and Kaikana writing up the menu. So she decides to take them out and serve them by herself .

The spice cakes are already arranged on a tray, so Ana‘Mirl takes off her apron and goes out of the kitchen into the guest room.
What catches her eyes first is another of these non-human, non-elven beings. Or is it the same as yesterday? No, he ? is dressed differently. Her hands are gripping tight the handles of the tray as if they could give her hold. She stares at what she will learn later is a forest troll for , as it seems to her, an eternity, but fortunately a new guest entering the inn distracts her. However, the sight is nothing to give her the assuring peace of familiar things usually give. A rather dangerous looking man comes in,  his armour, covered with sand, sparkles and flows with a bright white aura. But there is a little fellow , unusual to look at for Ana as well, who helps her to find back into the here and now. He has opened the door for the man in armour, telling him:

"Oh thank god i thought a regiment of orcs were headed this way, i suppose its just your armour though. Please some of us people in Caelereth are trying to get some sleep."

He brings Ana‘Mirl to laugh and gain her self assurance back, so she is now able to announce:

“ Hello and welcome all. Is anybody here who would like some freshly baked Thyslanian spice cakes? One piece only three sans!“

Her trained eye has noticed already, that a man with blue eyes and brown hair is waiting to be served, he has even raised his hand. So she goes over to him to serve him first, asking:

“Sir, do you like such a pancake, or do you need something else?“

OCC: Frederick, your description doesn't match your pic!

After walking most of the day, the Tavern in the distance was quite the welcome sight. Kiushapo had never traveled across desert before, and hadn't exactly prepared for the walk, but all in all, it hadn't been so different from what he'd done before.

As the tavern drew closer, it looked like an fine establishment, there was even a garden in the back. Thinking the shade might be nice, he headed towards the open door, leaning against the inner wall and basking in the coolness for a moment.

As he opened his eyes, he noticed an attractive woman sitting at a booth across the way. The small sign on the counter said it was a kissing booth of all things. Stepping closer, he noticed that the rates were quite good, and she was attractive... Bowing slightly to the woman, he smiled "It is being a fine day m'lady, is your booth being open for business?" Fishing out a san, he set it on the counter. Now that he thought about it and felt the amount of coins in his pouch, this could be quite profitable, and he had the time, but she had been here first. Maybe he could join her then? Seizing the idea, he leaned onto the counter, dropping his small pack at his feet, "Perhaps, if things are going well, I could be helping you to cover the other half of the patrons here? I would be willing to be spliting the profits with you." He smiled winningly, hoping she was amenable to making more money.

Business was slow. Most preferred the protection from the sun that was available inside the inn, instead of the slightly warm afternoon breezes that tosseled the healers long blonde hair. Her only protests were to run a hand through the frontmost part of her mane, hoping to keep it from obscuring her vision.

Obscure it did, however, for when she returned her attention to the garden, there was a san on her table, a handsome elf sanding before her, and a business proposition laid out neatly. A small blush of pink stained her pale cheeks, though it was quickly squelched.

"You can take the other half, I have no want for them," Adara agreed, smiling slightly. "You can keep your profits as well; I'm sure I'm not the one who put the notion of kissing beautiful women into your mind."

Adara leaned across the booth, resting her weight on folded arms. "Now, I do believe I owe you something..." The elf leaned forward a bit, and the young woman gently placed her lips to his.

Radaroc gave a grin as he saw Luci turn about.

“Ah.. Radaroc! One is so happy to see you again!
It has been quite a time since we last met.”

As she wrapped her arms about him in a warm embrace, the troll was surprised for a moment before wrapping an arm about her also.

“Well.. One was feeling like wander the paths leading here once more... besides... One has heard rumours about a celebration and One was wondering if One could earn some money here.”

He was glad to see that she had recovered some of her life and vigor.  He scratched his chin thoughtfully.

"I suppose where there is a celebration, there's need for a music and a bard.  I'm sure you'll find some one willing to give a bit of coin for your talents."

"Ok!  Who's talking...what?  Oh, hello down there."

Lucirina chuckled and patted the flute that hung from her belt.
She beamed up at the troll and nodded, her long brown locks bouncing off her shoulders as she did, her green eyes sparkling with joy.

"Indeed One was hoping One could find some patron interessed in Ones music.. and maybe interessed enough to ask One to compose some verses just for them.
But One won't earn anything by just talking will One?"

She winked at Radaroc as she moved to the bar and simply jumped up to take a seat on the bartop, losening the flute from her belt and placing it to her lips, soon a joyful melody floated trough the air of the inn, a fast and happy melody that could make even the most weary feet itch for a swing on the dancefloor.

Two men are approaching the Herald on their horses, one has a bundle thrown over the neck of his horse. Arrived, they demount, but unless as other visitors, they are not leaving their horses outside, but are looking for the stable, not waiting for a stable boy to help them. Inside the taller of the two removes the bundle, putting it down in a corner on a hay bale. Then they are entering the tavern, placing themselves in a corner.

It doesn‘t take long until the pack starts to move. Strange noises are coming from it. After quite some time, it lies quiet and movingless again, just some kind of sobbing could be heard - if anybody would be near. When it starts moving again it is falling down the hay bale, hitting a couple of blades and other equipment needed for tending horses. There it lies for some time, motionless, till  the stable boy is coming to get a dung fork.

Seeing quite a big bundle which should be not here in his realm, he quickly wants to have a look at it and unwraps it.

He is stunned: First he discovers some legs, then out comes a girl in a fine, but a bit stoned , light blue dress. An unconscious girl. A tied up girl. He removes all the ropes and the gag in her mouth, but she doesn‘t move.

Being scared because she lies there so motionless, he jumps up and runs into the kitchen, hoping to find somebody he could talk to without telling all in front of the guests.

He finally persuades Arlein, the chef of the kitchen to have a look. But when the two arrive in the stable, just an empty sack is there....

*********************

Lori thought it would be easier to remove the ropes which bind her hands. But despite all her effort, she doesn‘t manage to remove them. After some rest, she starts again - with the result of falling down and hitting something hard with her head - and of falling unconscious.

But then a miracle occurs. When she comes back to consciousness, she is free. She quickly tries to get up, though her arms and legs are still numb from the ropes. In the middle of the stable a staircase is leading to the second floor of the stable, probably used for storing hay. Lori climbs up quickly, looking for an hiding place - which she finds easily - with a lot of hay, but coffers for grain and old boxes as well.

Now she has just to wait for the darkness to get outside - and an impression, where she has landed.

Riding down towards the Inn, the afternoon sun lending warmth to weary bones from the long days ride. Lifting the reins lightly upon Lostram, as Valannias violet eyes closed slowly her face raised to the gentle breeze.

A silent prayer uttered to Foiros as Lostram began a slow prance down towards the Inn. Each hoof fall deep and resounding in the silence of the deserts expanse. Valannia scanning the stables discreetly as she passed them, ears tuned in listening for sounds of others.

Reigning Lostram up at the front of The Heraldd Valannia slid nimbly down from the destriers back. Her tiny feet barely touching the earth before releasing the saddlehorn overhead.

Lifting a frail hand to brush a few golden tresses from violet eyes. Valannia scanned the area in hopes of some sign of Kiushapo. For it would seem this is the place he had written her and asked to meet at.

~~Tears fall but why am I crying? After all I am not afraid of dieing.~~
