Story #16: JOINING

[Slye Yunkia]

Well what can I bring to the Quest?.....Well...yah gotta think what can my Character Bring to the Journey That the other PCS that you already have assembled  haven’t ?  That’s a tuffy.... Cause Im sure you already have a swordsman/herbalist/assassin etc. etc......Slye’s really not exceptional in anything except for Runnin her mouth...(She is good with a sword Don’t get me wrong just not exceptional) She’s also stubborn and can be hot tempered....And I think if you have anyone in the story that maybe likes to Dish it out....She’s one to Dish it right back...... That might add a lil something to the story .....they can have that relationship that all they do is argue but you know that respect is still there ......maybe add some Humor to it ....

Some info.....My character had a fall out with her father who was really her right hand.(he raised her, he was her life)..But Since she’s so stubborn and Pride stricken that  instead of trying to resolve the problem she ran from it....She’s just trying to get further and further away from him...and what not a better way to get away than to hop on a boat...*Sighs* ...Im not sure if this is something you would be interested in or not....I’ve Rped before just not here in Caelereth and I would love to get a taste of things...But if not I understand *Sniff* I’ll try real hard not ta cry....lol ..but it does at least give yah something to think about so I know I’ve done something right...

You dont have to Die to get to a better Place..........Just walk 50 miles in Any Direction...

Well, the only reason I asked is because this is a structured adventure... it is not the same thing as wandering into a tavern and just talking to people (although it may look like that is what the PCs are doing now).

Your PC would need a real reason to go to another continent on a perilous adventure.  Everyone else here has some reason to go.  About the only character that is not necessary is my own PC, Muargath.  She is sort of a 'mixer' and a way for me to pass info on to people.

I'll tell you what... why don't you read the top thread (again?) to find out what this game is about.  If it still interests you, then you need to figure out a way to get on the ship. (Stowing away is not an option, your PC will be found and booted off the boat).  If you have a subplot that you think might interest me, you can email me at:
Dragon_tarot@lycos.com
and put "The Dead God's Book" in the subject line.

We'll go from there, ok?

Oh Yea....I know its structured...I know how it all works...I was just trying to explain that my character really doesnt have a legit reason to want to go search out this Dead Gods Book Besides the fact Shes just looking for an adventure...Im's workin woman So i has ta go to work...But maybe tonight or Early tomorow ill email yah w/ a good way to get on the boat If thats cool...And see whacha think about it......

Please I dont wantcha to feel Obligated or anything...If your not feelin it Please let me Know ...But ill def get at you and like you said we can go from there

You dont have to Die to get to a better Place..........Just walk 50 miles in Any Direction...

The sun has set on Port Eanin and now we are no longer accepting new players.

There will be a new notice when (or if) we return from Yamalquain.
