Character Portraits page added

Next menu page is done and was now added to the menu (added two more graphics to the inital version I've uploaded some hours ago).

Commissioning details might be added later on, but this doesn't have priority yet. I assume the minimum character requirements are done now as well from the conceptual side(with the additions Mortus described in the Admin Forum), so this page will be next...
