CD Archives Forum Settings

This is a general announcement for all members of the board.

Effective immediately, the settings for the CD Archives forums at the bottom of the board will be reset to:
-- Posting privileges: Moderators and Admins only
-- Editing privileges: Admins only

We keep noticing random edits and changes being made to various threads and posts/CDs in the archives forums every once in a while without due announcements from the players who have made it, rendering us (and CD mods) clueless about what changes have been made (whether major or minor) and whether these changes will affect the approved status of the CDs or not. Therefore, in order to prevent potential problems (such as players returning to their approved CDs to change sections that were not allowed or approved before and not informing the Mods/Admins), the Admins have decided to take this preventative measure.

In essence, nothing much has changed. There has always been a rule/guideline that only Mods and Admins are allowed to post and make edits in the CD Archives forums. The only change right now is that the security settings for the forums have been changed.

Remember, if you need to make edits to your CD, please make a post in the CD Retrieval Request thread in the CD forum so that we can move your CD out of the archives and into the active editing forum for you
