Appearance:
Contrasting his bright blue eyes is a dark brown mop, which is kept fairly short for the sake of its uselessness with being long. Tanned skin from standing out in the sun for hours, hast brought out many of the battle scars he carries all over his body. One scar in particular runs the length of his face, from his left temple to the tip of his chin. It was poorly cared for thus, his face is greatly distorted and retains a constant angry scowl, not of which is always completely wrong.

He wears the traditional armor for that of a city guard, kept well polished and nearly free from dents or any other damages. A red shirt and brown pants can be seen peeking out from beneath his armor. His boots are a think dark brown leather and they reach nearly to the knees. His sword belt is buckled tightly about his firm waist, with the scabbard fitted snuggly on it. In the scabbard is a simple yet extremely sharp blade, willingly used by the wearer on anything or anyone who deems a threat to him, his fellow guardsmen, or the city he is in charge of protecting with his life. No helm does he wear, for he has enough confidence in his sword skill to do away with any threat before they have the chance to strike any where leathal on his body. No shield can also be seen.

Hopefully played by the wonderful Capher if we ever get that Password thingie figured out. If we can't, he can go ahead and take over the NPC anyways.

Appearance-
Damien has jet black wavy hair that flows loosely down over his shoulders and his bangs nearly cover his soulless dark black eyes. His skin is swarthy looking, like a deep dark tan. His face and hands are weather and battle scarred. His frame is thin, but well muscled. He wears a chain mail vest under a usually black leather tunic over upon which he wears a light suit of armor that only covers his back and chest. A large leather belt wraps around his waist that holds his mace that hangs from a leather cord hooked to the belt on the left side and an oyster shelled handle dagger, he bought from a merchant of the Avennorian tribe, hidden in a sheath hanging from the belt on the right side. Across his back he carries his favorite weapon, a Sengren, a double bladed axe made especially from his tribe the Kyranians. He wears black leather pants and special made black leather soled boots that allows him to be quite mobile, but near to impossible to hear when he walks. Over all of this he wears a black cloak that pins to his shoulders and hang down to the middle of his thighs.

Personality-
Damien is extremely loyal, almost to a fault, to Lord Voltigor. He would do what ever is asked of him by his Lord, including lie, cheat, steal, even murder, which he has done on several occasions. He has disdain for those whom he thinks would dishonor his Lord or his Lords ambitions whether they be male or female. He is rough with the ladies but is also pursued by them He gives respect to those whom he has decided deserves it. He demands respect from his subordinates, though he has earned it more by his prowess as an infantry soldier and his more than willingness to die for his Lord if need be. His only main goal in life is one day be counted worthy enough by his Lord to be knighted.

Strengths-
Because he is of Kyranian descent he has a tremendous amount of endurance and strength. It is reported that Kyranian infantry men were the best trained for they were the actual descendants of Cyroan Thromgolin, the infantry lieutenant under Dietych the famous infantry Commander that besieged and brought down the famous Elven empire Fa’a’v’cal’ar. He can run faster and longer than any normal man under any circumstances.

Weaknesses-
Women are Damien’s downfall; though he has been betrayed and even put in chains by them, he still pursues them. He also rides a horse poorly, as he prefers to walk or run. He has no use for the bow, though he does and can use the crossbow on occasion.

History-
Damien Scar was orphaned at a very young age. He joined the Kyranian infantry at the tender age of twelve, as the Commander’s boy. He watched and learned very well and then, when he was caught several years later with the Commander’s wife, he was sent to be executed. While waiting in the dungeon for his execution at the age of 16 he escaped with the help of the Commander’s wife.

Damien knowing he had a bounty on his head fled south. He lived in various towns, cities and villages living off of his skills but mostly off of rich older women who used him as much as he used them. His travels took him as far south as Marcogg he was 19 years of age when he took up with a rich widow.

Then in his twenty-second year he left that life behind determined to find a place for himself. He found himself eventually in Voldar and was hired as a guard; he was twenty four at the time. The Lord of Voldar at the time, Lord Kalgarius, did not like him, did not even have the decency to talk to him, though Damien tried to serve him as best as he could. But the Commanders at the time made sure he knew his place, besides he would find himself in trouble with one woman or another.

He was just about going to pack and leave when he heard about a man named Voltigor, a nobleman from Nymersys who was coming to wage war with Lord Kalgarius and Voldar. In a midnight meeting he made a pact with Lord Voltigor. The pact was to kill as much of the leaders of the army, councilors and nobles that were loyal to Kalgarius and leave the city almost defenseless for Lord Voltigor’s army.

He did most of the killing himself, though he had help from others he had recruited. The ones he missed he has regretted ever since, and that was the Royal family, especially the sons Talthisus and Maultus, though he did manage to kill Lord Kalgarius and his wife, but not before he had his way with her. (If this part of the history does not bode well, then I will change it.) For his reward in helping Lord Voltigor take the city he was given the title Commander of the Gates.

Appearance:

Of average height yet a little plump, she paints a fairly attractive sight of piercing brown eyes and luxurious chocolately tresses which cascade about her shoulders in a waterfall of richness. They are usually kept back from her features in a leather tie. A loose white shirt hangs upon her form with a long skirt, which sways seductively as she moves. It is a simple combination yet she has her ways of making it so no one forgets her. Her lips are full and pink, and rarely ever speak the truth unless it suits her. Mostly going barefoot, she does not own a pair of shoes or boots. She believes them to be hindering when she must be someplace quickly.

Upon her frame, hidden in the folds of her clothing, in her hair, or where ever she may find a place, are small knives. Only about the length of her hand, they are mostly kept for defensive purposes for her offensive fighting days are over. Yet, do not mistake her defensive preparations for laziness. She is a quick fighter and has a quick wit on her as well. She lives to serve and does it as she pleases. Very few can order her around, and even they have difficulty at times. She is a dangerous foe for her connections in Voldar and should one lay a hand on her when she is in the wrong mood, be assured they shall be missing a body part in the next couple of moments. She has a cold heart yet a solid soul for what she does. The friends she has are few yet she is loyal to them and will protect them with her life.

Appearance:
He is a man of average height and weight, blending in well with the other occupants of the city. Yet, being a blacksmith, he has tremendous strength and a sturdy figure. Many females swoon over him and his appearance yet he pays them no mind. When working, he wears lightweight black cotton pants and a leather apron with no shirt. His skin has long since be tanned from the working with heat and being out in the sun day after day doing what he loves. On his feet are heavy boots, meant for when he is working to protect his feet from sparks and the heavy things that have a habit of falling on the ground from time to time. His hands are large and strong, yet hold a hidden gentleness when handling something delicate, though he can be a bit clumsy at times. His lips are hard and thin, yet never fail to pull back into a sly grin or a simple smile every once and awhile.

He carries no weapons with him for he is not an overly violent man and does not believe in weapons when it comes to fighting. "Real men fight with their hands." he is often heard saying when he catches sight of a fight between people, waving blades in each other's faces. On occasion, he might use his hammer to knock some common sense into some wanderlings he finds on the streets but it never raise to a person in anger. Though he often gets frustrated, he is never destructive and does his best to keep his emotions in check.

Occupation: Blacksmith

Eyes: One green, one Brown both turning somewhat white
Hair: Raven, Turning grey

Appearance:
Mies is not called the bird smith of Voldar without reason.
His toenails are long and curved like the tallons of a bird, his fingernails, due to his work are kept short in comparison.
His Hair, once as black as the anvil of his forge, has begun to turn white, like all maeverhim, as are his eyes, giving him a perculiar appearence.
His clothes consist of a brown tunic, usually covered in soot, and green pants, patched and worn, and usually even more dirty than his shirt.

His favoured weapon is an odd curved Dagger he calls the drake's tallon, serrated on one side like a bloodthirst, and wickedly sharp on the other. He is not inclined to anger, and is usually rather peaceable, though he is not one to take being conned or blackmailed, or generally ordered about against his will lightly.

In death there is life, I bring death, to those who are deseving of it...

Tilath Verish

Tilath Verish is the Sergeant of the Palace dungeon guards.  He is just under two peds tall. His hair; salt and peppered, mostly salt, is stringy. He has an iron colored beard and deep set blue-gray eyes.  He will tell you that his birthday falls within the month of the falling leaf but he does not remember the day or the year.

Like all of the Palace dungeon guards he wears heavy soled boots which a pair of heavy linen pants are tucked into and bloused at the ankles.  He wears a wide leather belt upon which is attached the scabbord for the sword which he carries upon his left hip. He wears a leather tunic with the emblem of the City of Voldar's crest embossed upon the front.  To distinguish himself as a sergeant among the other guards he wears a green and blue broach pinned to the tunic slightly to the left above his heart.

He is fiercly loyal to Damien Scar, but will not put himself or his men in danger by disobeying orders from his superiors, even if it is wrong, in his eyes.

Trelor G'oud

Trelor G'oud is the Warden of the Palace dungeon and is King Cedric the Fourth's cousin.  He delights in the misery of others especially when he is causing it.  He is ecstatic when he builds a new toy to torture someone.

He is completely bald He is a thin, pasty faced man whose head almost wobbles upon a thin stretched out neck; It looked liked he had been hung and then instead of dying, was released and that was the end result.. His skin has a sallow look to it and is almost completely void of color. He lives down inside the dungeon's walls. His eyes are large and bulbous and almost completely white with tiny red globes inside of them. If he tried to go outside during the day, he would probably go blind from the light.  He only goes outside only on moonless nights to search for some hapless victim for his chamber of horrors.

The smell of death permeates his very skin and he wears light-weight leather boots, with light colored pants over which he wears a blood red tunic that goes almost down to his knees.  It was rumored that the tunic was once white, but the blood from his victims turned it red.

Appearance:

Iris is the vision of most men's dreams.  She has light brown, almost waist length hair but when the light strikes just right is shines with golds and red hues.  Occassionally she wears it loose, usually tho it is held back plainted down her slender back and tied with a dark piece of leather.  Her shoulders are strong yet femmine and she has firm round breasts hidden beneath her dress.  Her body dips in at the waist a bit and then rounds back out to her hips.  She is well toned and firm from years of lifting and walking, but keeps her femmine appearance making her seem not as strong as she truely is.   Her eyes are a stunning mix of green and gold rimmed in blue and can hold a man entranced.  Iris wears dresses of various colors, but all made of good quality.  She is a paid servant of King Volitar and he pays well.  

Personality:

Iris is extremely loyal to the King and to his Commander.  Iris is sensible and rational and does not usually let her emotions lead her.  She is a believer of following your heart, but is more likley to weigh all the options before her then decide what to do.  She is quick of mind and well organized.  She remembers faces and people well.  Iris can read and write.  Iris also has an eye for detail and has a knack for observing people without their knowledge.  

Iris is not formally trained in fighting, but does know how to use the small dagger she has tucked into the bodice of her dress.  Iris has a younger sister, named Cadence.

Cadence is the younger sister of Iris Donavan and looks very similar to her sister.  Cadence is a little bit shorter than Iris and where Iris has dark hair, Cadence has more blond.  Cadence still has a girlish look to her body, but is fast developing her womanly curves.  Her breasts are not as full, but are still firm and round.  Her legs are not as long as her sister's but still rise to a tapered waist and flat stomach.  Her back is strong and she is the emphimy of a young fair maiden.

Personality:

Cadence is a romantic at heart.  She believes in true love and happy endings, but do not let that fool you into thinking that her head is filled with air.  Cadence is as quick witted as her sister, and woe to those who break her heart for she has a duel calculating streak.  Cadence just prefers to keep her head in the clouds and in her daydreams.  Cadence is trustworthy to a fault.  She is very loyal to the King and his Commander just as Iris is.  Cadence, tho she never would admit it, relies on her sister's rationalism to help even her out.  Cadence realizes that she is a romantic and that not everyone has good intentions, but doesn't let that keep her from looking for the good in others.

Cadence has no experience in fighting and usually relies on Iris to bale her out of any confrontations, usually with men, that she herself can not talk her way out of.  Iris did however teach her to use the small knife that is tucked into one of her stockings.

Appearance:

Clayton is a well built muscular man to be a merchant.  He has broad shoulders that taper into a flat masculine stomach and his strong and well defined chest muscles are lightly dusted with blondish hair.  His hair is a little longer than some men's and keeps it tightly tied at the base of his neck with a black leather tie.   Clayon has a V shaped waist which flow smoothly into, well lets just say he has never heard any complaints from the ladies (probably because he never stays long enough to hear any) and now for his strong firm legs.

Personality:

Clayton thinks he is a gift to women and looks to bed as many as he can.  He has never been faithful to any woman and doesn't plan on being.  He probably has a number of bastards, but usually never sticks around long enough for the woman to even catch his name.  Always looking to get rich quick, Clayton's alliance is usually whoever can fork over the most coinage.  Clayton breaths half truths and down right lies, but does it with such finese he generally gets away with it, and when he can't...well he figures they are usually thieves and other low lifes that the world won't miss.

Clayon spent much time as a 'Ranger' killing for coin and sometimes whenever he came upon some women who did not like his 'attentions'.  He couldn't have them running about screaming rape, so what was a man to do.  Clayton is very prideful and vain, which are only a couple of his weaknesses.  A pretty and willing woman is another.

Name: Malgion Royl
Gender: Male
Age: Undetermined, but he looks to be either in his late 20s or early 30s
Race: Human
Occupation: King of Thieves, Leader of MadCaps and some other things
Height: A little less than 2 peds

Appearance: When just in his normal attire he is laid back and easily dismissible. His wiry body has the appearance of being relaxed though he is always ready to spring up in a blink. Sandy brown hair falls to his ears and is usually covered by a wide brim hat that is tilted forward to cover sharp green eyes. He is lightly tan, has a strong jaw line and a face that is a mix of youth and age that gives him a rugged appeal.

Personality: Malgion is a man who does what he wishes and has a personality that switches at the drop of a hat, which makes many people believe he is insane.  He is smart and at times ruthless. He does what pleases him and is much rather to act in a way the he wants than in any way that is demanded of him. The combination of his deadliness and the loyalty he has for his Madcaps make his subordinates admire and loyal to him. In the end of the day he's just a laid back person with a wide and inviting smile.
