If you want to play a major character please request that when you put your name in.

1. Lord Voltigar.
2. Damien Scar, Commander of the Guards.(Capher)
3. Captain Norman Graaves.
4. Sgt Tillath.
5. Malgion.
6. Nichea.(Main healer for the temple of Nehtor.)
7. Also looking for a female character to ply her wares upon Lord Voltigar to try and become the Lady of Voldar.  She could be a spy for the other side, or just a gold digger or someone who is genuinely interested in him. Or started out being one thing (IE spy) then tries and changes, but is blackmailed by other spy to continue on.  Whatever and wherever the plot heads.

Once the major parts have been filled then they can ask the remaining players if they want to be under their command.  For instance, Malgion is going to need thieves, spies, cutthroats, etc.etc.  Captain Graaves is going to need those who want to be soldiers.  Damien Scar will be looking for those who also wish to be soldiers.  

Some players will be sent out to scout out territory, or on Nyer's armies. They may get caught, tortured, escape, or even die (those will probably be NPC's) as a real RP player does not die unless the person behind the character wants her or him to do so.

There are lesser postions that can be either filled with RP players or NPC's. Right now alot of the lesser positions are NPC's, I would like to see them being played by RP'rs who maybe would like to involved in the story, but are not into all of the battles and such.  In other words those just willing to play a bartender, a merchant, a waitress, etc etc.

Also very important. Besides your name put a postion you wish to play.  In other words if you want to play in the army, are you calvary, infantry, do you have any specialities like archer or crossbow.  Do you want to be a spy? Or does your character use magic?  If he/she does then they will be put in their own group under the command of someone, who is under the command of the Damien Scar.  I am sure Nyer will have characters who have magic as well and we will need to have those to help fight in that "field" as well.  So whatever or wherever you want to play put it by your name.  If there are too many for one spot and not enough I may have to ask for some of you to change.  But I do not think that will be the case, depending upon how many sign up and want to play.

I, as Grunok, would like to play as an infantry soldier of some sort under the command of Damien Scar.  Obviously.      If Damien tells him to, Grunok will swear fealty to Voltigar.  Then again, if Damien tells him to, Grunok will do most anything...

Is there money involved. Taka will be on the side of Voldar. Just for money if there is any. But mostly to save his own skin. Lets face it, who doesnt need an assassin?

Ratdragon here! I'd like to play for the side of Voldar, prefferrably under the command of Damien Scar.

Ratdragon would be most useful as an archer, but could also be in the calvalry with his special mount, if there is need. His swordplay is purely defensive, so he'd mainly only be able to hold off opponnents if he was in the calvalry.

Kain would be willing to kill most anybody for a profit of some sort, mostly knowledge. He is fairly powerful, and seeing as I am a fairly experianced Role Player, perhaps he could be some sort of command post for the Mages. There are few others that would dare question his command.

Kains specialty would be blasting apart major forces of the enemy, lets say, those calvery units over there, you want them dead, alright.

If it suits better, since Voldar is getting so many characters, I could have Kain on the other side, and put Ne'iav'rine on the side of Voldar. Yet Ne'iav'rine's abilities seem to fit the offencive side much more then the defender, whatever suits you guys suits me, neither have any moral values that would interfere with which side they side up on.

Okay lets see if I get this so far.
1. Grunok, infantry under command of Damien Scar.

2. Ratdragon, Archer, under the command of Damien.

3.Takashi, Spy or Assassin, under the command...?

4. Lady Cheri, yes you are allowed to become traitor in the middle if you wish to be, but you must write to me or Kali, when you decide to do so and tell us a brief reason why.  If you want to try your hand at becoming the Queen of Voldar that is ok with me as well.  Lord Voltigar just might welcome a lady who could use magic to stave off his enemies.  And if you decide to be traitor in the middle of the game, then think of all of the secrets you will have acquired to tell the Lord of Nyermersis.  Could turn out to be an interesting sub-plot.  Of course in the end you find out you really love Lord Voltigar, tell him the truth, as you die in his arms.  But that is up to you.  If you choose otherwise, since you are a weilder of magic, and if Kain is willing, you would serve under him.

5. Kain, I would like for you to audition for the Head Mage, who would be under the command of Damien.  All of the armies; calvary, infantry, spies, magicians, etc etc are under the command of Damien, but the leaders of each group will have complete control over their own charges.

So that is it so far.  Hopefully more players will sign up we need alot of more players.  So if you know of someone, even newly titled that wants to play send them our way. Ok?

Hello! Back again! had the most horrible signing in/internet problems ever, but thats all rather boring so lets not talk about that!  But anyway, I am very eager to play for Voldar...I have been just sititng at a table in Arth's for about a month now :P though every fault of my own! anyway, I would like to play either as a spy, to seduce the King-y or just to find out information, both work! Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Arrianna, glad to have you aboard.  If you wish to be a spy that is fine with me.  If you wish to get close to the King, well you must have a reason at first. I think I have an idea, but for now just stay in at Arth's and listen or talk to the other players.  Remember at this time Voldar has no idea what is about to happen. They are happy, content that King Voltigar is back on the throne.  Lycheus has to talk to the Earl of Legrimond in Nyermersis.  Then that is when some action starts taking place.

Just wait and Rp with the NPC's or other players in Arth's, until you are contacted by someone.  Don't worry, I or Kalina will tell you who that someone is.  Ok?  If you or anyothers have any questions do not hesitate to ask.  I or Kalina will try and answer them to the best of our abilities.

Hello! I would like to play on Voldar's side too (obviously, or I wouldn't post in this thread). A brownie could be used for quite a number of things I should guess. I'd like to be either a spy or member of the flying militia... Ehm, make that the only member of the flying militia. Problem with Tulpje being a spy: she doesn't understand other people too well, see CD (which I already posted). But then again, she could go quite unnoticed.

Once Tulpje is in town (probably on Monday), could someone from Voldar's side take her under their wing and tell her all about the war? Thank you so much

Tulpje has nothing to learn about the war, the people of Voldar have no idea it is about to happen    If you come and find me in Arth's, I can maybe do some explaining to your character, as I can't imagine Arrianna moving anywhere else too soon  Is that alright?

Edit : I suudenly realised that the people of Voldar will be learning of the war on monday  sorry, wasnt thinking for a moment...I may still be in Arth's, if I am then feel free to just walk up and introduce yourself if I havent already...I will explain all that the people know at that point, and who knows, you might even get swept up with me, I have a habit of managing to get people to join me
