I think we could add one.  What do you think people, should we advertise that we want a mage.  I would prefer one who was willing to read the threads, see where and what we are doing, and is a  good rp player.  Anyone know of such?  Ask them to post their request here.

I also just thought of something since we are even with three guys and three ladies, four if you count Soya, maybe Almenda could train to become a mage.  That might work.  Well whatever you all decide is fine with me.  We have so many rpers out there with nothing to do, it may be best to have one of them instead.

Avour, luckily you were bored!

I like the Brownie mage best! He would fit in our strange group , we have enough humans. (maybe I'm only afraid of the sewers, lol)

But we should ask a few questions first if we "employ" a mageand specify what we want.

What do we need for kind of mage?
What should he be able to do?
And : Is this player able to login at least once a day as we all do? (normally) Otherwise we have to drag along or wait again. And he should be willing to read some of our already written stuff.

And we should write something /edit our posts eventually somehow so that the absence of Silfer is clear.

I agree Talia those questions need to be asked.  I propose we put up a wanted sign in the Rpg Character thread along with our specifics of what we want and see who answers, then choose the one we think would be the best for this story.

So first of all we need to think of the qualifications of our mage.  Any Ideas?

Should our mage be male or female?

Should it be from another race?


I will take care of Silfer and Awyon.  I'll think of something to post.

I don't know, I won't look too much on races at all. Yes, it might seem boring not to have Elves and dwarves among us but to be a party with many humans might turn out interesting in a world filled with othe races as well.

My wishlist would include a caretaker for Avour but in the end she can hopefully take care of herself one day! Otherwise I would prefer a mage who can climb onto buildings!

On a more serious site I would guess a not too powerful and not too old mage might be fitting into our group.

Females preferred!(Hell, I'm only 22, yet! ) Only joking again!
I wouldn't care but a male would be good for a balanced group. (Does Capher count as a shapeshifting dragon who turned into a female Gorba this day? I wouldn't be able to decide. )

Oh, good that I don't need to post today again, I feel slightly hyped at the moment...

I'm willing to learn a few more spells, but lack of magic is what kept my character from being to powerful. That and the lack of any good mele-skills. Also, I already have a spell in my inventory. A spell of flame without need of heat or fuel.

I do not think Sex/Gender is a big issue.

Not sure if race is either, all depends on if you wish to diversify the group Capher.

I would think a dedicated mage is perferable, and as Koldar pointed out, with Avour around, a good odserver is also perfered.  No offence Avour.
