Before advancing the time, date or weather, inform the other moderators and wait fro them to tie up any loose ends that are taking place.  We don't want the people in the tavern eating breakfast while other people are sneaking into a warehouse during the night.

It is recommended that you provide as much notice as possible to provide other moderators ample time to move things along with his own players.  For example, if you have players who are wishing to break into the warehouse during nightfall, notify other moderators as soon as you find out informing them that you may need to change the time to night by the end of the week (RL week).

Also, try not to jump through time too far at once.  Aim for 2-4 hours.  If you need more time, I suggest introduce a mini storyline or as I call them, "Fillers".  These don't need to mean nothing to the main storyline that the players are involved in or it may, it depends on the moderator.  Think of it as Random Encounters in D&D.  When the players sleep during the night, the DM rolls dice to find out if they are attacked during the night by habitants of the forest.

Sorry, I noticed this a bit late. I've just changed the time of day, as it's been on the same time for too long, it seems to me. I hope that's fine with you, Kelancey.
