I didn't know many people there, so I don't know who the wall flower was. I think she was the daughter of one of the dancers. This ball was in Wallony, so I honestly couldn't tell.
More than half the people there were Flemish though (If you don't know the difference, a Waloon speaks French, Flemish people speak Dutch, there's a language frontier through the middle of Belgium and this town was just on the other side of that). The videographer was one of the Flemish people, someone I've seen more often on balls. If you click on his name on Youtube, you'll see many more videos with the same kind of music and probably people dancing
